However, your agency's lack of curiosity, support, and guidance regarding this safety issue communicates that you only care about transactions and not about client satisfaction after getting your check. There has not been one outreach from your team regarding this safty issue other than your CYA response following a review that accurately reflected your inaction to support a client. read more
