Five years ago, Jeff helped us purchase our home in the West Highlands neighborhood of Denver. While that home remains fantastic, it no longer fits our growing family. Jeff helped us find our new home in the Central Park neighborhood on the east side of town. He once again found EXACTLY what we were looking for at EXACTLY the price we were hoping for. Jeff attended to every detail with calm poise. He was a skilled advocate, a master educator, and guardian over the process. While we believe this new house is our forever home, if ever we decide to buy or sell again, the first call will undoubtedly be to Jeff.

Among my concerns: * My stated screening requirements were not followed. * I was told that pre-screening before showings could not be accommodated. * After I terminated the relationship, Marvin Gardens continued to act as though it remained in effect, including continuing to schedule showings. * I dispute fees that Marvin Gardens claims are owed. * I have filed a complaint with the Colorado Division of Real Estate and have retained the underlying emails and supporting documents. There IS a difference in property management companies. Pioneer is the best property management…read morecompany I've worked with in the Denver area. The bad ones will often overestimate how much your place will get in rent, attract underqualified renters, provide low quality maintenance, and as a result, you have a lot of turnover and unexpected damage to your property. I've been there with other management companies in Denver, including many with allegedly good reviews. The good ones will keep it boring in the best way--consistent, high quality renters, fair market prices, and actual property management that leads to less damage, less turnover, and better care for your property. That's what Pioneer does. They do a great job of attracting qualified tenants who PAY ON TIME. They plan ahead and make your rental property as easy as you had hoped it'd be the day you decided to turn a place into a rental. They're responsive on email and by phone, and they want to do the right thing for you. It has been a night and day difference working with PPM compared to other management companies in the area. If you're a property owner looking to rent out your place in the Denver Metro area, choose them. Your future self and your rental property will thank you for it.

Time passes and things change. Today, I'm doing all that research on line and already KNOW the properties I'm interested in. This is where Steve Novack and EZ Agents come in. When I was ready to make an offer, Steve got it done quickly, then when the offer was accepted got me to closing quickly and with no muss or fuss. At the end, Steve rebated half of his fee to me at closing. I can't imagine why I would want to spend over $8,000 more to have another real estate agent get me to the same place. Look, you can make your buddy happy by having his spouse act as your agent, or find someone who will drive you around. Just be aware you're paying thousands more than you need. I can't imagine buying a home any other way now that Steve has shown me how to save thousands on a purchase like this.
