Eddie Lederman is the best!!! A quality good guy who genuinely cares about his clients. He also has the wisdom and motivation/energy to get you into a home you love. Eddie was so patient & kind with our family, including 2 little kids. He helped us get a home we love in an insane market. I highly, highly recommend Eddie. He is definitely our guy for any and all future buying needs. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Cassidy to find our new home. In speaking with him, he immediately came across as warm, kind and knowledgeable. As soon as we reached out with some homes that we were interested in, he quickly set up showings for the following day. We ended up seeing 11 homes, and falling in love with one of them. The whole process was easy and Cassidy was constantly a joy to work with. He went to bat for us and was able to negotiate a lower purchase price, and money back for concessions after the inspection. He truly is a gem and we were so lucky to find him! read more

This was our first time selling a home and Shane Kazimier made it so much easier than I expected! He was very helpful, responding quickly to every question that we had, and providing references for other resources to get the home ready to sell. He was very enthusiastic and pleasant to work and I will definitely be recommending him to anybody looking to buy or sell in the Denver area. read more

We just closed on our first home ever with Cassidy Bednark and he was incredible! We started our hunt a little less than 2 months ago and he made it so easy. I didn't think we would find a place we loved so quickly but we did and once we did Cassidy made sure we got our offer in right away and was constantly on top of deadlines and paperwork. He was very accommodating to our work schedules and made sure we saw a house when we wanted to. He's very knowledgeable and friendly, you feel no pressure when working with him, and he's honesty and reliable. 10 out of 10 recommend him and 360 Dwellings. read more

As a Colorado transplant, I'm so grateful to have found 360dwellings and our realtor Mandi Benecke. Thanks to Mandi's hard work and our moderate amount of loot, we closed on our house in the south burbs a few weeks ago in a crazy sellers market that has left many potential buyers very grumpy. While I had visited the area before, I had primarily looked in the Broomfield/Arvada area north of the city. As a result, I knew very little about the Centennial/Parker/Highlands Ranch/Littleton area outside of driving around myself for a couple weeks. I had visited a few open houses on my own while living in Centennial, but I really needed an awesome, fun realtor who knew the south burbs well, was quick to respond, and knowledgeable about how to be aggressive in a market that had impressively low inventory in my "I'm not going to budge" price range. For all these things and more, Mandi was a godsend. We had a great relationship with our realtor in California, so I had very high expectations of Mandi, and she met every single one of them. She knew that I wanted to buy before springtime buyers hit the market, didn't push me out of my price range or desired area, adjusted MLS listings as requested, and was always on email or text to answer questions at all times of the day. Considering I am that guy who responds to emails within 2 minutes of you sending them, I appreciated her ability to rapid fire with me. When we found the house we ended up buying, we went up against 6 other offers in a crazy sellers market. Mandi taught me a lot about making an aggressive, fair offer that would still put me in a good spot after the appraisal was done. We knew we didn't want to lose the house, but we didn't want to put in an absurd offer. Mandi put the brains into our offer, and we owe a huge thanks to her for getting our first offer accepted against all the other competitive offers. We didn't want to play games, lowball, or take forever because of how quickly home values were rising, Mandi was right there with us to get the house in the price range we wanted. She was very sensitive to how I thought about price and costs, and we got that ish done. If you're looking for an awesome realtor in the Denver Metro area who makes the home buying process fun (and successful!), educational, and better than you ever imagine it to be, Mandi and 360Dwellings got your back. Thank you, Mandi! read more

Kelsey Gilliland was fantastic during my first-time-buying experience! She introduced me to the home-buying process and guided me every step of the way. She was helpful in communicating the landscape and navigating all the troubles of trying to buy in such a competitive environment. AWESOME experience working with her and very happy in my new home! read more

This was the THIRD time we used 360 dwellings. The first time we used them was ten years ago. Neil and his team are amazing. They took care of cleaning, staging and made the place look spectacular and then put it out to their marketing. We got $60k over asking price w/o contingencies and it sold in two and a half days. He facilitated a bidding war and we came out the winners. Aside from being the best realtor in Denver you could hire, he's super fun to be around and makes the whole process enjoyable instead of stressful. Can't go wrong here....no brainer. read more

We've used 360dwellings for the purchase and/or sale of four different properties now and they've always exceeded our expectations. With this last purchase, Shane went above and beyond as he helped us find our dream home. He has a wealth of knowledge about real estate from properties to negotiation strategies and was also open to our opinions and ideas. He also happens to be one of the friendliest guys I've met, and with that said, he was always completely professional. I would highly recommend 360dwellings and Shane without hesitation. read more

This is the second time we have worked with Ashley Ruh who previously helped us buy a condo as out of state first time home buyers. This time she helped us sell our condo and buy a single family home. To say that this is a stressful time is an understatement but Ashley was able to make everything feel like a breeze. The entire process went off without a hitch and we got top asking price for our condo after only 3 days on the market! Similarly, we were able to find a wonderful home that our first offer was accepted on, no bidding wars or insane offers way over asking price. Ashley is knowledgable, goes above and beyond for her clients and truly knows how to ensure things go smoothly. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy, sell or move out of state. read more

We had an absolutely great experience with Cassidy as our listing broker. From the beginning he was very transparent and honest -- and in a world of agents that tend to act like used cars salespeople he and 360Dwellings are a nice breath of fresh air. They make the process a lot more relatable to normal people. He makes things very understandable and his communication is outstanding. It's not so much about pressuring you, it's about informing you so that you feel empowered to make your own decisions as a seller. Even when unexpected bumps in the road come up with inspections and appraisals he remains calm. Long story short is that the customer service, attentiveness, and work ethic agents like Cassidy Bednark offer will help keep things stress free. You are really being listened to. That's exactly what I wanted when I set out to sell my house. read more

My fiancee and I found Samantha Miller when searching for the best real estate agent on Yelp, and have to say she is hands down the best agent you could work with when searching for your new home. Alex and I had been renting here in Denver for about 6 months when we decided it was time to start browsing around for homes. Our search was pretty passive at first, yet Sam was more than willing and able to help us during our humming and hawing of neighborhoods and home types. Once the holidays started coming around, she gave us a little hint that most homes will stay on the market a bit longer and there aren't as many offers happening due to peoples vacation schedules. We were still searching around every weekend for the right place and then one Sunday morning in December, we viewed the perfect home and knew we needed to have it. From here, Sam worked quickly to help us with finding a lender and helped us make an offer that evening. As this was our first time buying a home, I was amazed how swiftly everything moved. Sam had open lines of communication the whole time and was with us every step of the way. As of this past Friday we finally closed on our house and are so grateful for Sam for helping make this happen for us. We are so grateful for everything Sam did for us, and now view her as a friend more than our realtor. Even now that we have closed she is still incredibly responsive and dedicated to making sure we are happy with our new home. We 100% will be recommending Samantha Miller to all of our friends when they start searching for homes. read more

Century 21 Elevated (formerly 360 Dwellings) is your solution to conquer the Colorado housing market! I used them to buy my perfect home . Personally, I worked with Shane Kazimier (Kaz) and Neil Walton to sort through the process, and they were patient with all the challenges, but persistence paid off handsomely! You cannot find a better team to have your back through every angle, twist and turn. Not only do they know the market, but I consider them friends that are like family! read more

I've worked with Ashley Ruh of 360dwellings on a couple of real estate transactions and she is nothing short of amazing! She helped me sell a home and then buy another home, and I was extremely pleased both times. Neither transaction was simple or quick, but she was right by my side through both of them. I felt comfortable with her from our first phone call, and I could immediately tell that she values honesty and genuinely cares about her clients and their happiness. She is thorough, professional, responsive, and overall the best ally to have in your corner in this real estate market. I can't recommend her enough and look forward to working with her on all future real estate transactions. read more

Eddie Lederman was a blessing to work with and we were not disappointed with trusting him on our first home purchase journey. Working with Samantha was incredible. Instantly welcoming, we knew that she always prioritized our interests at every step of the process. Trying to visit homes and buy a house in the middle of the pandemic had its difficulties, but Samantha navigated the challenges with ease. When we found our dream house, our offer was picked in less than 4 hours due to her expert knowledge of the Denver market. Not only is she a pro, but all of her recommendations, from inspectors to mortgage companies, worked so seamlessly together that a process that is notoriously difficult, felt like a walk in the park. We cannot recommend her enough! read more

Ashley Ruh absolutely knocked it out of the park for me in Denver. I live out of state and needed turn-key assistance in selling my house that had been rented out for more than 10 years. The house was in pretty rough shape but Ashley was incredibly helpful in lining up all the necessary resources to quickly get the house on the market after it became vacant. She went way above the call of duty in this regard and helped me deal with all sorts of challenges that could have really derailed the process given that I was over 1,000 miles away. Despite all the hurdles, Ashley got the house listed super quickly and helped secure the best-possible offer and closing terms I could imagine. Your realtor search is over because you're in great hands with Ashley Ruh. read more

We moved to Denver to be closer to friends and family...and to buy a home! We were immediately terrified by real estate horror stories: bidding wars, prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking price. How could we possibly figure this out, as first-time homebuyers? Debbie Ward helped us get the best deal and take the right steps towards a new home. Debbie was there for everything. She answered the phone right away and was there to walk us through the super lengthly process. Throughout the whole process I felt like Debbie had our backs. We felt like she always knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so we were confident she wasn't going to let us miss any details and we ended up finalizing in record time. Debbie!! We thank you for all your guidance and amazing advice throughout this process. We LOVE you! read more

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and are so glad we had Kelsey guiding us through the entire process. From the onset, she was very detailed oriented and really did a great job of learning about who we were and what was important for us in searching for our home. We didn't have a concrete idea of where and what we were looking for, but Kelsey took us out a few times to look at neighborhoods and homes to help us refine our criteria. She was responsive and attentive throughout our search, even as our criteria changed many times. During the offer and closing process, Kelsey was an invaluable resource that we leaned heavily on. She answered our barrage of questions and was always available to provide insight and resources. She took the time to walk us through all the documents we signed and dumbed it down for us to easily understand everything we were signing. We would highly recommend Kelsey for anyone looking for a home, but especially for first time home buyers. read more

As a first time home buyer, I had heard horror stories from my other friends about getting their hearts broken by losing bidding wars for several homes, or taking months to close on properties or details in the paperwork causing delays. I was nervous to start hunting, but working with Ryan and Neil was like a dream come true. These guys work their butts off and Neil responded to our e-mails no matter the hour of the day or night. All Neil's advice was right on, and while we toured houses he let us come to our own conclusions, but was happy to offer his opinion if we asked. Everything about 360 Dwellings was professional, and their website is the best in Colorado for Real Estate, hands down. We wouldn't have gotten our house if it weren't for the great alert e-mails in our inbox before houses hit the MLS. I would recommend 360 dwellings to anyone looking for a home in Colorado, and especially first-time home buyers. read more

I am a first time home-buyer and after a bad experience with an agent, recommended by a lender. (She sent her 19 year old, clueless assistant to show me properties.) So, I scowered old emails for Neil's phone number. (He had shown me a few properties about a year ago, but it turned out I wasnt ready). Initially I fell in love with the 360's website. By far the best, in Denver. The ability to enter your price range, only search on certain parts of the map, and narrow down the results with features like: walk scores, outdoor space, walk-in closet. Within minutes I found 10 properties in my price range, I was interested in. I met Ryan to look at a few. And a couple days later Neil and I went all over town. They are both very knowledgable, listened, answered questions thouroughly, educated me on the process, and gave their opinions when I asked. Also, my price range was pretty low. But that didnt matter. They always followed up with me, and were willing to meet anytime anywhere. We found a amazing deal in Capital Hill, that supposedly a few other people were writing offers on. After sleeping on it, I knew I couldnt stand to lose it. So Neil hustled and got my offer in before anyone. Accepted, and under contract! Neil recommend some experienced, lenders and set up an inspector for me, who were both great. He met me at the condo a couple times to let some floor guys in, for measurements and to show my friends. He even helped me carry in boxes of hardwood floors! My home buying expierience was a bit of a whirl-wind. I wanted to move fast, and Niel accomadated that. He was always available and it was a fun experience. Love my new place! Thanks for everything! And good luck in San Diego. read more

When my husband and I decided that it was time to relocate to Denver from Oklahoma City we turned to Yelp to find a realtor and it lead us to 360dwellings. I initially spoke with Ryan Penn about our needs. He was incredibly helpful and really listened regarding what we were looking for. He told me he would have Samantha Smersh reach out to me to get things going. The next day Sam and I chatted and I immediately knew we were going to be pleased with our decision to work with 360. We planned a weekend visit and Sam took her entire weekend to show us all the homes that we were interested in seeing. Not only was she organized and incredibly knowledgeable about the Denver market she was also a genuinely nice person that we greatly enjoyed working with for our house hunting adventure. And when life threw a curve ball at us and we had to cancel our plans for the move Sam was supportive and understanding. So though we did not get a chance to work through the full house buying process with her when do eventually make the move to Denver she will be the first person we call. And until then I will be recommending her to anyone I know that is planning a Denver move. read more

Working with Neil and Ryan at 360 Dwellings was one of the best decisions we could have possibly made as first-time home buyers. Neil and Ryan were with us every step of the entire process. They were highly approachable, and welcomed all the questions we could ask. They suggested (and communicated with) lenders and inspection companies to help us get the best deals, and peace of mind. Their knowledge about what to do and when to do it was incredibly valuable. When walking through houses, if they saw something wrong, they would be sure to point it out so that we didn't miss it. Their patience was extraordinary. We looked at so many homes that just weren't the right fit, and they didn't mind that we turned them down and moved on to others. 360dwellings.com is easily the best real estate website available to the Denver area. You can filter search results based upon a wide range of criteria, which makes finding houses that you like much easier. When we began our search for a new home, my wife and I were 1,600 miles apart, so we utilized the website heavily. The ability to store favorites made our search much easier. When the time to close on our new house came, Neil was there to help guide us through each step. He made sure we were signing in the right places, and helped us verify that there were no last minute "gotcha" situations. He asked questions we wouldn't have thought of and broke down the real estate talk into normal terminology. We're incredibly thankful to have found 360dwellings Real Estate, and have already recommended them to our friends. We're settling into our new home now, and couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. We'll be sure to use 360 again when we sell our starter home and move into our next home in the future. read more

Fantastic experience with 360 Dwellings! We moved out from Baltimore, Md to the Denver area in Sept and had quite the rough start when looking for homes. After dealing with another realtor, that did not meet what we were looking for in an agent, we found 360 Dwellings online and met Neil. What a great personality! He helped us through ~4 months of searching the North and West sides of town. With the Denver market on fire at the moment, http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_27780191/denver-buyers-up-their-game-be-last-bidder-standing-real-estate-deals, Neil helped us through a couple of false starts get our dream home in Roxborough Park, only 1 day on the market! We had been looking for several weekends on end when a listing came online. Neil took us out there and we KNEW this was our home! Made the offer that night and by the next day the rest was history! Although we knew the process of buying a home, we had never sold a house before. Trying to do both during a pandemic was a daunting task. To make things even harder, we were already set on moving to a very specific neighborhood, despite low inventory around the Denver metro. And that's why we're so glad we found Jesse Dixon and Ryan Penn at 360 Dwellings. Jesse was always at the ready when new listings showed up. He set up viewings quickly and even found an off-market opportunity when there were no new listings for a few weeks. He was quick to respond to emails and texts, and gave us great advice throughout the process. As luck would have it, our new home showed up while Jesse was on vacation, but Ryan stepped in and helped us seal the deal. Ryan had great negotiating skills and prevented us from overpaying in a frantic seller's market. Once under contract, we had great support from Jesse, Ryan, and the 360 Dwellings staff as we worked through the closing process. We really appreciated the electronic contracts, and the online calendar was great for keeping track of all of the deadlines. The sale of our old home was just as seamless. Ryan suggested the use of Guest House, a high end staging company using locally made furniture and home decor products. Our house looked incredible - and to be honest, better than when we lived there! We were under contract two days after listing, with a purchase price over asking! We just can't thank Jesse, Ryan, and 360 Dwellings staff enough for making this stressful process so easy, and giving us excellent guidance throughout the buying and selling process. 360 Dwellings are true professionals and we highly recommend them if you are looking for a new home around Denver. read more

I've worked with Ryan Penn on three different transactions now, and every time I've been blown away by his professionalism. He is friendly and easy to work with. At the same time, it's apparent how hard he works in the background to make the process as seamless as possible. He is a bottomless font of knowledge about the Denver real estate market, and has built personal relationships with other agents, mortgage brokers, and other players in the industry. He does his homework like few others I've ever worked with. It is tremendously reassuring to have him on your side. Most recently, I sold a condo unit while I was living out of state, and it needed some work before it could go on the market. Ryan ran point on the whole operation. He recommended and coordinated with a painter, carpet supplier/installer, carpenter, and other folks who needed to work on the unit. With his contacts, I paid a lot less for those services than I would have if I sourced them myself. He provided excellent, clear communication at every step of the way, and worked with the building to ensure everyone got appropriate access to the unit. All I had to do was approve quotes and send checks when the work was done. With that taken care of, he staged the unit so it looked amazing. It sold quickly and hit my proceeds target. The transaction itself couldn't have gone more smoothly. He worked with the buyer's agent to identify potential hiccups, and he proactively mitigated them so they wouldn't hold up the process. He has a gift for explaining complex scenarios in clear, direct English. The deal closed as expected, with no surprises. If I ever needed to buy or sell other properties in the Denver area, I would look no further than Ryan Penn. read more

We had a fantastic experience with 360 Dwellings and Ryan Penn as our realtor. We moved from Minneapolis to Denver and we were not finding any suitable rental properties in the areas of town that we wanted to live. We contacted Ryan Penn based on reviews we found on Yelp. Making the largest purchase of your life (buying a home, that is) is not something that you take lightly. Ryan and Neil have built a very powerful tool in the 360dwellings website as well. It allowed me to get very geeky in our search and helped me narrow down our top choices before we went to see them in person. This helps make the whole process easier and much more clear.
