Would definitely recommend him again and if you know of anyone who needs a great team that will be your partner through the process, please call David!

The first time I reached out about one of her listings, I did not receive a response for more than a week. We had already traveled into town for a weekend and had been back home for five days before she finally returned my call. Four months later, the property was still on the market, which was not surprising given the lack of effort she appeared to put into marketing or showing it. When we planned another trip to finalize our home-buying decision, I contacted her again to schedule a showing. This time, she refused to schedule one without proof of funds. During that same weekend, we toured 16 properties with other agents. Not a single one made this request in advance, and every agent worked around our very tight schedule. As a result, we never viewed her listing. Ironically, we ended up purchasing a home that was more than $100,000 above the asking price of Sam's listing, and we could not be happier with our decision. My biggest disappointment is for the seller who trusted their property to an agent who was unresponsive, difficult to work with, and seemingly uninterested in creating opportunities to sell the home.

But Yessenia found me the perfect place (one I wasn't able to find myself) in a single weekend. I will admit, I thought there was no way Smart City could find anything better than I could myself. Absolute scam If I could give zero stars, I would…read more My experience with Smart City Locators was extremely disappointing and ultimately a complete waste of time. I initially reached out expecting professional guidance from someone with in-depth knowledge of the local rental market, apartment communities, pricing, amenities, and leasing considerations. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. Throughout the process, it became clear that the agent I worked with had very limited knowledge of the properties being recommended. Basic questions regarding building features, management quality, neighborhood differences, lease terms, and unit availability often went unanswered or were met with vague responses. Rather than acting as a knowledgeable advisor, the experience felt more like a sales transaction focused on getting me to sign a lease as quickly as possible. What concerned me most was the apparent lack of interest in understanding my actual needs and priorities. Instead of providing thoughtful recommendations based on my criteria, I felt repeatedly pushed toward specific units without any meaningful explanation as to why they were a good fit. The entire process gave the impression that the primary objective was securing a commission rather than helping a client make an informed housing decision. As a result, I ended up conducting most of my own research, contacting properties directly, verifying information independently, and learning far more on my own than through the service I was supposedly receiving. This completely defeated the purpose of working with an apartment locator in the first place. A service like this should provide expertise, local market knowledge, transparency, and value. In my experience, Smart City Locators failed to deliver on all of those expectations. Rather than simplifying my apartment search, they added frustration, confusion, and unnecessary delays. I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective renters deserve an honest account of my experience. Based on the service I received, I would not recommend Smart City Locators and would encourage renters to do their own research before relying on this company for guidance.

In 35+ years of business in this industry, I have not had a more frustrating experience! Please take to heart the reviews of other agents who have sold Tatyana's listings. In our case, Tatyana's seller contracted with my buyers to perform repairs which were not done as agreed. We had to argue for money AT THE CLOSING TABLE to take care of unresolved issues, a situation which could have put the entire closing in jeopardy. Then, when I asked why curtains had been removed from the property (which by contract should have remained in the property) and inquired if Tatyana would ask her seller if we could have them back, Tatyana replied that "If it is that big of deal to you then go buy your clients a curtain rod. Have a good weekend too." Tatyana is a fierce representative of her seller. Buyer agents BEWARE!

She never visited the property while I lived there and didn't respond to requests placed in the portal until we followed up via email or text. These were issues like flooding and heat or cooling.
