The condo was clean and well stocked (friends stayed in another building with a different vendor and they did not have nearly the items we had). I rent my home at Topsail Beach NC so I understand the importance of a well stocked home. Working with The Lark Mountain Group was easy. A little backstory: On May 27, 2024, I made a reservation through Airbnb to stay at Lisa's condo in February 2025. The cancellation policy required a 50% fee should the reservation be canceled at least 30 days before arrival. I paid in full when I made the reservation. Three days after the I made the reservation, I had to cancel it due to some unforeseen circumstance. I contacted Lisa and explained my situation. She could have easily stuck with the cancellation policy and charged me 50% of the total. However, she agreed to waive the fee and did so promptly.
