Thanks to Team C i got parts in time , they put in an extra effort for me to have the parts i needed

Trying to maintain and restore my 1992 Ford Mustang. About three weeks ago, II needed a new transmission and clutch. I tried using several online aftermarket places. Most of them claimed the items were back ordered until May. I found Team C in Bellflower and spoke to sales person, Angel. The guy up front in the cashier has really bad customer service. The big guy with long curly hair ..we have always bought race gas and other things never had a problem unfortunately we got the wrong race gas and went to return it it was about 200 bucks that guy gave us a hard time wasted our time we called the manager thanks to him we got our money back but it's sad they lost a customer well actually a whole car team because of 200 $ and bad customer service ... We will look for a new place will never buy anything from there ever again ! read more

I called these guys to see if they had a tuner for my 2011 V6 Mustang. They ordered it for me and it was there in two days. Other places I'd called said that I would have to wait as long as TWO WEEKS. The guys are knowledgeable and helpful and I'm glad I went here instead of somewhere else. I do like the place but they are out for your money. Bought a set of Hastings poston rings for a old 350 block for $65 after tax. After my purchase I looked on-line and found them for and average of $25 so I went back to ask for if they price match, no they don't. I was ok with that and asked if they charged me incorrectly, they said nope that's the price. I was ok with that but when he told me that I was looking at summit piston rings I got upset. I know the Hastings from summit rings. I like the place but there service is not up to par with the times. I've been in a mechanic in the aviation field for years and also have a background in the automotive industry so I have ordered parts way more important than rings so yes I know the difference Team C. I'll never shop there again nor will I recommend them to the guys at Cerritos College or elsewhere unless. read more

Dropped off a set of heads to have the valve springs locks and retainers swapped out. Told me it would take a few days which I was totally cool with. Called me 2 hours later to tell me they were ready for pickup! Awesome job guys will be back again! read more

I have always used TEAM C for Royal Purple oil and many other parts and performance accessories. They have phenomenal service and really have a dedicated "TEAM" to help anyone with their project. I called just after 5pm trying to hunt down some flange gaskets. I had driven around all day and called several shops who said they had them and they ended up being wrong. I needed to finish this job for a customer and couldn't find them anywhere even though it is a very common gasket. I got stuck in traffic and got there right at 6pm and they had already closed down the store and locked up. As I was walking back to the car, they called me back to the store and opened up. They didn't have to do that for me. I could have driven the hour home and come back the next day and postponed my customers car, but they were nice enough to save me the huge headache. I'll recommend them to anyone just based on that simple gesture of kindness and empathy. Next time I'm anywhere near by and need a part, they will be my go to shop! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!! I came to @teamcperformance and met with Kevin I specifically asked him for a pair of Bolt on headers and told him that I didn't want to weld anything , he then recommended that I purchase a set of jba headers to make a long story short the headers they recommended did not fit. so I called them told them this and they then said I needed to purchase another part to make it work so I purchased it based on what he recommended, to make a longer story short it didn't work the kit required cutting of my stock pipes and welding them. so I called them and explained my situation and told them I was not happy with the product because it's not what o asked for and asked if I can return the items for a refund they said no because it was a special order part and it's not their fault my mechanic does not know how to weld.which doesn't make sense because I asked for a bolt on product that requires no welding so thank you @teamcperformance for sticking me with a product I did not ask for and not even offering any kind of solution other then to piss off. They claim to be a performance shop but do nothing then order parts online. And with the customer service they offer which is NOTHING because they already took your money!!! You might as well save yourself the time and cut out the middle man and order it yourself online, or at least go to a place that does research on something before selling it as an expert!!! read more
