We have known Matt for a while and has helped us with our home buying journey since the very beginning. Matthew Wong came highly recommend to us from another realtor, and I am thankful for him. We had two other realtors in mind but decided to work with Matthew probably after our first conversation with him. We initially spoke with him on the phone and we came to realize how knowledgeable and hardworking he is. Around the same time we started our home buying process we had our father go through a medical issues and was in and out of hospitals. Matthew was really helpful and always available. I do believe that I was a tough client with my constant questions as this was my first home purchase. Matthew was always polite and quick to respond to my calls, texts and emails. He surprised me many times with the responses of emails even at night. Matthew was also really knowledgeable on how to execute our offers aggressively low without being offensive. With his silver tongue, we were able to secure the house well below asking price. That is a tough find here in Hawaii. Matt also took the time to go over each of the purchase documents with my wife and I. It made the confusion of reading and understanding the binders of pages bearable. From offers, to counter offers, I didn't feel rushed at any point and I felt that Matthew was going to do right by my wife and I.
