So happy I stumbled upon this place! I walked in with a confused look on my face and the staff took great care of me. They allowed me to smell a lot of their teas and found a tea that I liked. They also have some teas that have already been brewed that you can sample to your hearts content. Always a plus when businesses let you sample to your hearts content, how else are you going to find a out if you like their product or not? At the end of my journey I left with a large cup of tea for a reasonable price and a satisfied bladder. Can't wait to come again! read more

They have great alkaline prices, $1 a gallon vs $4.95 in the store!!! The store personnel are friendly, helpful and always courteous! We have been going here a year or more!!! I've tried other places, which were closer, but more expensive, and I have found I keep going back. They are so friendly!!!! We always get a tea2go, too. The kiddos love to try the 'samples' and they have a great selection. Summerberry is my favorite, though it's not always in stock, I always find something else that is wonderful. You know what is amazing when it is 105 degrees outside? A gigantic iced tea! Which is exactly what you can get here for a very low price! I'd heard about the place from friends and since it was near some errands I had to run, stopped in. Since I don't enjoy sweetened tea, usually my options are limited, but not here. There were TONS of flavors to choose from. The guy behind the desk was very friendly and I tried a few and found a winner. They were all good, but it was nice having the option of so many great flavors. Terrible customer service, bought a 5 gallon bottle of water at Tea2Go, the bottle leaked, small pin hole on the bottom. Tried to return it to the store was told that once a bottle leaves the store it cant be returned. Not good business sense, I spend $30 per month on water, that's $360 this store lost from a customer over a $4 Plastic bottle, wow! Love this place I come here once a month for 15 gallons of alkaline water. The prices are great at $1 per gallon they also have many types of loose tea, purified water, black and herbal tea. They just started serving specialty drinks lime taro root. I tried one yesterday almond milk base the root is actually purple and it tastes like a waffle cone. I drive out of my way to come to this store I live in Dallas and drive about 15 miles to get to the store. read more

Hubby and I noticed this tea shop when we stopped for lunch in the shopping center. On a whim, we stopped to see what it was about. Interesting tea shop with ready made self-service teas. We were encouraged to taste the flavors. Most of the traffic that we saw was for the alkaline filter water. Although the tea is good and very cheap (about $3.00 for two large cups), we were very disappointed in the additional tapioca pearls, which was hard and clearly not fresh. We will stop back for tea, but will skip the boba pearls. read more

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The really old lady at the front, (very old lady) was so rude. We came to this location after looking them up online thinking and seeing that it clearly looks just like the same location in Lubbock & come to find out that they don't sell the same amino energy drinks. The lady insisted that if "we know what the company has been through, we would know that they don't sell them." but online on google, when you click the menu, it shows the energy drinks. The lady could care less about costumer service considering she kept back firing with snotty comments at me. DO NOT GO HERE. I am a tea lover; love it. I also get my filtered water here as well. On a lark, I tried the coconut tea that they sell brewed and it was without a doubt the best tea I think I've ever had. I'm really not the kind of guy that would pay for somebody to brew tea for me but I'm going to make an exception in this case. Give them a try. In addition they have some very nice young ladies who work there who are always very helpful with the selections. They even stayed a little bit late for me when I ran out of water and gave them a call in advance to let them know I would be coming. I am rediscovering tea all over again. read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Today I checked out the place per a friends suggestion. As I drove up I saw it was closed so I peaked in the window. That's when the owner opened the door and told me to Come on in! (He was just doing maintenance work) I loved all the samples that were provided. The owner went above and beyond, very friendly guy. Their tea cups are so cheap!!! If you save the cups for a couple uses, refills are at most $1 and that's amazing for their nice teas. Brewing tea also doesn't cost very much (around $3). Very healthy tea to drink. read more

Truly appreciate this place. I'm a fan of authentic, good quality, and good tasting tea. After working for an Indian/Persian family, I've discovered how tea should taste. Before Tea-To-Go I had purchased my tea leafs from Teavana, for the obvious reasons. It's one of the only known locations that sales good quality loose leaf tea, but for a premium price. Darjeeling black tea, and Earl Gray tea have been my flavor of choice. Luckily we moved in down the street from Tea-To-Go and have easy access to their products. Now we purchase our black and green teas from here. Love the dude that works here, and love what they represent. Highly recommend using this place as your tea source. PLUS, if you bring in your cup from a previous purchase you'll be discounted. AND they sell alkaline water!! Huge money saver to purchase water and tea needs from here. Went there because my friend had a coupon for a free 32 oz tea at about 6:15, 45 minutes before closing. When we walked in the door the owner was quick to meet us and ask if it was our first time(which it obviously was). He then explained everything to us and let us try all the iced teas and when my friend was filling up her free drink the owner told me to get one for myself for free which was a very pleasant and uncalled for surprise as I was more than willing to pay just based on his customer service. I also noticed when we were getting our tea that a man from a nearby store came in and the man told the owner that he was going to pick up some tea for his wife. The owner then proceeded to give him a full gallon of tea for free for no good reason. Also when he realized that there wouldn't be enough of the tea that the man wanted, the owner quickly helped his employee whip up a new batch of it even though it was 45 minutes from closing. Overall GREAT customer service and good tea at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend trying this place out and who knows you might get a free tea for no reason at all. read more
