The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable about the menu and products they offer. I went for the Beach Bowl, which is a blend of acai, mango, banana, and guava juice. The toppings are granola, honey, and your choice of one topper. I went with blueberries. While we waited, I noticed that they sell energy drinks, protein bar, and other goodies. They also sell protein/energy bites that they make in house which are my mom's fav. The bowl surprisingly did not melt on our ride home. Their acai is thick and so tasty because of the addition of the guava juice. It's not super sweet at all. The toppings were perfectly portioned and fresh. I love coming here whenever I'm craving acai. Rush Bowls has soooo many options it makes it hard sometimes to pick what I really want to try. The food came out roughly 10-15 after we ordered. It was presented very nicely and aesthetically. The waffle was hands down the best protein waffle I've ever had. It was dense, thick, and fluffy, but didn't have an artificial protein taste to it at all. The fresh berries and honey on top were the perfect addition. I also appreciated the sugar free syrup and swirls of cool whip and the side. The meal was very filling and satiating as well. Overall, I was more than impressed with Gainzville Hub! But this is due to the quality of ingredients they use. I really love that they don't use seed oils and focus on using lots of whole foods. This is evident in the flavor of the food and the way you feel after eating it! I had to order their famous chicken caesar wrap. Their chicken caesar wrap includes lemon garlic chicken breast, lemon garlic kale, parmesan cheese, avocado slices, avocado caesar dressing, wrapped in either a white, spinach, or whole wheat tortilla that is pressed on a flattop. This was phenomenal and easily one of the best wraps I've had. It was huge and packed with ample amounts of chicken. The lemon garlic chicken was not dry at all and had great flavor.
