What We Ordered Mains: Fried Chicken, Honey Glazed Salmon, Catfish Sides: Blueberry Cornbread, Candied Coconut Yams, Mac & Cheese Food Quality Catfish: Easily the standout of the meal. Perfectly cooked, an easy 10/10. Fried Chicken: A major letdown. It was dry and under-seasoned, tasting mostly of salt. Honey Glazed Salmon: Unfortunately, there was no noticeable glaze and the fish was also dry. Sides Candied Coconut Yams & Mac and Cheese: Both were delicious and classic comfort food done right.
