Scott and his team are great to work with! I just returned from my second trip that he handled for…read moreme. There were a couple of minor hiccups that were not because of anything he or his team did, and I contacted him about them and he was all about addressing them and finding a solution. His customer service is beyond 5 stars - trust me on that, and that alone is worth every penny spent. So let me explain why I know it is better to use a travel agent versus doing it yourself. The biggest pro is that if there is any problem, your travel agent can handle the resolution or at least do the fighting for you. Travel agents speak the language so they can get things done quicker and more efficiently than the "non-speaking" do-it-yourselvers. They have access to programs and sites that most of us novices don't even know about. It's as if they are shopping at the Mall of America versus the general public's Dollar General version. My husband and I took our daughter and her husband to NYC for a fun, gourmet focused trip, (daughter is a chef), and it was even better than we'd all expected. The hotel Scott found for us was absolutely amazing. It was smack dab in the middle of everything we wanted and needed not to mention is was a beautiful hotel. Thank you so much Scott, for another amazing trip! We need to start thinking and talking about trip #3.

I had an appointment at my local post office last Friday and it was the only appointment available until late July. We show up and the passport clerk called in sick and cancelled all the appointments. I was so pissed and also worried because I don't know what else to do so I Google searched what my options were and I came across this place. Please don't get me wrong, I was a bit skeptical about this place, just seemed like a scam or shady, but after some research, I decided to give it a go because we were desperate to get this down in time especially because I'm flying out of state this weekend and won't return until the end of July so I had to help my son out now. Anyways, staff member Jenny helped me over the phone answering the infinite questions that I had for her. She was super friendly, patient and thorough with me so I can better under what I need to do and why. This was on a Friday on the phone with her and I'm located about 2hrs from their office. She's off on Mondays, but she prepped a packet for me to show up on Monday when she didn't have to. She did this off of pure good faith that I'd show up and not ditch. Upon coming to their office, the small and dark parking lot was super empty and there was a homeless guy sleeping on the ground along the stairwell and front entrance. It gave me the feeling again that the good-to-be-true awesome service, was at this shady looking place. It just so happens that that we were just there early and more cars started to fill up the lot. Another staff member, Ricardo helped me and he was super fast and friendly. We showed up at 9am and were out the door before 930am to go to an USPS appointment that Jenny set for me. It was a farther, but necessary drive to take care of this process today so that I'm not driving back and forth. Once we were done with the Post Office, we returned to drop off the sealed envelope so that it could be FedEx'd the next day for processing. Because this was considered "expedited," I had to pay $580 for the whole process plus $35 Post Office processing fee and an extra $45 fee for FedEx services to have it shipped to my house overnight once the Post Office does their part. This office did all the work and we just had to sign and go tot the Post Office. I wouldn't be paying this much if I just paid attention to my son's passport expiration date, but this was a hard lesson learned and timing was against us. Overall, I definitely recommend this business should you ever need an expedited passport. Staff were all around, AMAZING. Parking lot is super small and shady looking lol. Just park and walk upstairs through the front glass doors. It appears that there is no elevators so for those handicap or can't walk up the stairs, I would call first. The hours show 24/7, but they do in fact have office hours. Hopefully Google Edit will accept my request to update their office hours.

My…read moreapplication has been rejected twice, and each time the issue was the same confusing question about the "passport printable address." My child's Indian passport clearly has an Indian address printed on it, so I entered that information. A U.S. passport doesn't print any address, so it should be obvious that this is an Indian passport with an Indian printed address. However, when the application is generated, the field suddenly changes from "passport printed address" to "present address," which is completely misleading. Because of this inconsistency in wording, the application was rejected. It's disappointing that such a simple process becomes so complicated due to unclear instructions. I've already paid the application fee twice because of this issue. If the form is asking for the present address, it should clearly say so from the beginning instead of causing unnecessary confusion. for money they doing all this.. don't ever feel to return to india... they are doing the same thing.

Trip to the coffee farm was fantastic the authentic lunch, made with love from locals, was so delicious and the views incredible, only topped by watching the coffee being roasted and hand dripped pour over style by Aron his mother Irene. The zip lines the next day lots off fun, followed by another amazing lunch. The waterfall hike and swim was breathtaking followed by a relaxing massage and yoga sound bath from the most beautiful yoga studio with panoramic views. We also had a knowledgeable local guide who walked us around historical areas of the city and helped us navigate restaurant menus. I would 100000% travel with them again.
