She was able to make two different reservations since we stayed at the resort and Palifitos, but tie the reservations for a seamless transfer. I usually book trips on my own, but Tahnee had access to booking the Palifitos before they were even built and the public had access. Sometimes it's more advantageous to go through a travel agent! She found us the best deal including transfers, too. We have had many transfers to and from resorts/airports and this was the most seamless transfer so far. Tahnee was easy to work with and always on top of it which I appreciated because I am the same way! We would definitely use Tahnee at Fox Travel again and so should you.

We did 4 nights in Turks and Caicos, 5 nights in the Bahamas and then another 4 nights in Jamaica. Let me start off by saying traveling during covid is no joke. There are requirements before entering every country and Visas and health forms you need to fill out. Phyllis made it so easy for my husband and I to know exactly what is required and when to start the process of applying for visas and when to take our required covid tests. She not only booked and organized the hotel and excursions but checked up on us frequently to make sure everything was running smoothly and to double check that we started the process to get to the next location.
