The entrance to the drive…read morethrough ATM is a bit inconvenient to get in and get out from, but besides this, everything else is pretty much a standard bank experience. The inside of the Chase bank is moderately sized and the bankers are professional and friendly enough. You can ask any questions and they will take their time to respond in a respectful way. This location offers plenty of free parking spaces.

The treatment I received from the branch manager went beyond rudeness -- it was deeply unsettling and, I believe, emotionally abusive. I was acting in my capacity as the court-appointed administrator of a deceased family member's estate. My family member had maintained a decades-long banking relationship with Chase Bank--extending back to before the J.P.Morgan merger. I am legally obligated, under court order, to complete certain account finalizations and estate-related banking matters. On the days in question, the branch manager interrupted me continuously, spoke over me, and refused to allow me to ask questions or clarify information. Her manner was not only dismissive but also dictatorial. At one point, when I respectfully explained that she could not refuse a court order, she replied, "We will see. We have our own rules and procedures." Such a statement reflects arrogance, disrespect for the law, and a complete disregard for customer service standards. The experience left me feeling demeaned and powerless, and I genuinely felt emotionally abused by her unprofessional behavior. No customer--or especially a bereaved family member fulfilling legal obligations--should be treated this way. The manner in which she handled these interactions left me feeling provoked and distressed. Her attitude and communication style escalated the situation, and I believe she intentionally provoked me into anger -- a reaction that no customer should be driven to during a sensitive, legally required process.

There was a lot of free parking around the corner This Capital One Cafe was very neat organized and inviting. Jessica sat down with me for 20 minutes and helped me update this old account with One. That's giving better interest. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and saved me a lot of time and aggravation. This is a nice branch right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue in Delray.

Think of it as a free open community space to relax, meet friends, work, read, grab a coffee, use the restroom, or yes get some banking questions answered. It's a super modern but comfortable space that's open to use, even if you're not a capital one customer or even buying a tea or coffee or pastry. There are plenty of chairs, tables, stools, and a couple of cozy couches, along with some little cubicles that you can book for an hour or two for meetings or quiet work. The cafe section is run by a fantastic team of baristas that are extremely friendly and personable. They make some amazing drinks, and some delicious baked goods. The rest of the place is run by the capital one team of ambassadors who are quick to welcome you in, ask you about your day, get to know you more, and answer any questions you may have about banking and credit cards. The folks who work here have honestly become some of my good friends, and I always pop in just to chat and see them. They also offer free Money & Life Mentoring sessions. Brittney's guidance has helped me tremendously in managing my financial and also personal life. Think of it as a mix of therapy and financial coaching. On top of the sessions, they're constantly hosting community events, financial workshops, and meet and greets to build connection in the neighborhood. This is one of my must do's in any city I go to, and this one in Delray is my absolute favorite.
