Rusty box in drive through teller area.
    Javier M.

The rusty box on the floor of the ATM teller area has been there months. Prime example of this location. It's probably parts falling off the old ATM machines they have here that don't work half the time. This location needs help.

I wish the tellers were more willing to help. Always with the eye roll like they're doing favors.

Two Saturday's in a row, and one time during the week, I've tried to call this location during business hours and no answers the phone.

There was a lot of free parking around the corner This Capital One Cafe was very neat organized and inviting. Jessica sat down with me for 20 minutes and helped me update this old account with One. That's giving better interest. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and saved me a lot of time and aggravation. This is a nice branch right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue in Delray.

Think of it as a free open community space to relax, meet friends, work, read, grab a coffee, use the restroom, or yes get some banking questions answered. It's a super modern but comfortable space that's open to use, even if you're not a capital one customer or even buying a tea or coffee or pastry. There are plenty of chairs, tables, stools, and a couple of cozy couches, along with some little cubicles that you can book for an hour or two for meetings or quiet work. The cafe section is run by a fantastic team of baristas that are extremely friendly and personable. They make some amazing drinks, and some delicious baked goods. The rest of the place is run by the capital one team of ambassadors who are quick to welcome you in, ask you about your day, get to know you more, and answer any questions you may have about banking and credit cards. The folks who work here have honestly become some of my good friends, and I always pop in just to chat and see them. They also offer free Money & Life Mentoring sessions. Brittney's guidance has helped me tremendously in managing my financial and also personal life. Think of it as a mix of therapy and financial coaching. On top of the sessions, they're constantly hosting community events, financial workshops, and meet and greets to build connection in the neighborhood. This is one of my must do's in any city I go to, and this one in Delray is my absolute favorite.

For the safe keeping of your money, stay away from the TD Bank at 4975 Linton Blvd, Delray Beach,…read moreFL. In fact, I suggest you avoid all TD Banks, due to the unscrupulous practices of a specific individual in the Linton Blvd branch. Obviously, TD supports the questionable behavior of this person or he would be dismissed. I'll try to be brief with my explanation. I recently discovered a dormant account that was created by my lawyer when I closed my business about 25 years ago. The lawyer held $1000 of my money in the account in trust to me, until all matters concerning the business sale were concluded. Well, life goes on. I got involved in other things and my lawyer retired. Now, I want, and am entitled to, my money plus the ridiculously low interest it has accumulated after 25 years ($148.79) I found the lawyer and he agrees the money is mine. However, this guy in Delray Beach refuses to release the money to either of us. He has thrown up numerous obstacles in order to keep the money. Each time we comply with one of his absurd demands, he comes up with another. And each time, he promises this will be the last. This has been going on since November. I have come to the realization, that he has no intention of releasing the money to either my lawyer or me. The amount of money, although significant, is not great enough to warrant further action on my part. It would cost me more than a $1000 to fly to Delray Beach to either sue or confront this cretin. So, I have taken to social media. I will do my best to discredit this man and the bank. The bank employee that has escalated this issue far greater than it needed to be is: Daniel Singh TD Bank 4975 Linton Blvd. Delray Beach, FL 33445 (561) 495-1144 daniel.singh@td.com (in case this site deletes his email, it is his first & last name separated by "dot". The domain is td.com) If you doubt anything I have said here, call and email Singh for his story. I suggest calling him before doing any business with any TD Bank. Obviously, TD's corporate structure endorses this type of behavior. Through my local branch, I have contacted corporate (Back Office) numerous times, with zero results. Why would you chance doing business with this organization when there are so many better alternatives? After making my intention of blasting Singh on the internet known to everyone, I received an update from my lawyer. He finally went to Singh's boss with this issue. Payout of the account was approved almost immediately and a check was issued. There is absolutely no sane reason as to why this took months to resolve, other than Singh is a problem employee that needs, at the least, complete retraining. With so many other choices, why go near any branch of TD Bank. Singh may be there.

The service at this bank's drive through is absolutely atrocious. Not once have I ever had to wait…read moreless than eight minutes - and they were all for very simple cash deposits. So I'm in town helping my parents at their business for a week or two and I've been running to this bank for them every couple of days. The first day I pulled up into the drive thru, I sent in my transaction and wasn't greeted by anyone until three minutes later. Another three minutes later a teller says hello and that she will be with me shortly. And I waited some more. In the end it took more than ten minutes to do a simple cash deposit. When I got back to my dad, he even asked if I had run any other errands because I was right next door and it took so long! Nope, dad. Just the slowest bank in Florida. There's never anyone at the drive thru window, whether it's a Tuesday morning or a Friday afternoon. It's a long while before you're greeted and then you have to sit and wait... and wait... and wait... for your transaction to be completed. My irritation stems from the fact that it's a drive thru service; it should be more efficient and quick than what they do here. If I wanted to wait ten minutes, I would stand in line. Having worked in banking for a while, I know that this is absolutely ridiculous, especially for transactions that aren't complicated. They're the easiest they can possibly be so why am I waiting ten minutes, in my car, in the Florida heat, when this is supposed to be speedy? So, so slow. I dread going here, even for the next couple of days.
