A Double Review for Exceptional Customer Service I had the pleasure of being assisted by Omar at the Capital One Delray location not once, but twice. The first time, I never received the email to leave a review, so I guess this is my double review because his customer service deserves to be recognized! During my first visit, the branch was extremely busy, and I had already been waiting for quite some time. Instead of simply telling me to continue waiting, Omar came out, acknowledged me, explained the reason for the delay, and even offered me tea while I waited. That small gesture made a big difference. What impressed me even more was how he assisted other customers. One gentleman was waiting for a service that wasn't even offered at that particular location. Omar came out, explained the situation, and helped him with what he could do instead saving that customer another 30 minutes of unnecessary waiting. That's the kind of initiative and awareness you don't see every day. Omar eventually assisted me as well, and I left feeling that my time and business were genuinely valued. Then, during my second visit, Omar greeted me, remembered my face, and once again provided excellent assistance with the ATM. The consistency was impressive. Omar, thank you for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for customers. Customer service at this level should never go unrecognized. I'm so grateful to Capital One for their baseball promotion this summer, which gave me an excuse to visit here every Monday! I looked forward to getting my coffee here with either my husband or my daughter, and it became such a fun little Monday tradition. I've been coming to this café for these past summer and what's been for fall, the coffee is really good. I love the ambience the concept of the little café and that you have a little New if you need a place to make a interview or a private space and if not, you can just be in the middle of the café. I unfortunately at this moment, I have to say that the only good barista that wants to do his job is chandler. I am so sorry, but I've been going like I mentioned for a long time and I can say that the only one that does it with effort is him. The other day I order a drink with almond milk and I understand that sometimes two orders can be similar or whatever however, the lady that did the coffee she made it with regular milk and then she gave it to me and I'm like is this regular meat, almond milk and she said yes, and then my friend told me it's not. It is regular milk so I'm not lactose intolerant, but this could be a problem for somebody. I did have my drink remade. I don't even think that that day that I asked for an extra shot of coffee I got it added. For example, now this new menu of fall started and I'm loving the assault apple caramel latte. It comes with a nice foam, but it only comes with foam when tender does it yesterday, Wednesday, October 1 I went and the barista at 10 AM. She had the straightest face she doesn't even say hi she doesn't even say thank you for giving tip. Also she's so rude and her drinks are really really bland. By any means I wanna sound like I don't like anybody here but honestly, I don't think this place would keep up if you wouldn't be for Chandler. I don't think I will ever tip again unless it's Chandler behind the bar. read more

I couldn't care less about a cafe this is the only location to do banking with capital one and it's ridiculous to have to wait over 45minutes because ATMs don't work and other customers who are low intelligent need to be explained how things work 100 times. Banking needs to be simple and efficient. The customer service here is horrible. read more

I opened an account in New York city 15 years ago and it has been dormant. After many phone calls, I decided to come in today to see what's really going on. There was a lot of free parking around the corner This Capital One Cafe was very neat organized and inviting. Jessica sat down with me for 20 minutes and helped me update this old account with One. That's giving better interest. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and saved me a lot of time and aggravation. A bank that's a cafe? A cafe that's a bank? It seems confusing at first, but it's pretty amazing. Think of it as a free open community space to relax, meet friends, work, read, grab a coffee, use the restroom, or yes get some banking questions answered. It's a super modern but comfortable space that's open to use, even if you're not a capital one customer or even buying a tea or coffee or pastry. There are plenty of chairs, tables, stools, and a couple of cozy couches, along with some little cubicles that you can book for an hour or two for meetings or quiet work. The cafe section is run by a fantastic team of baristas that are extremely friendly and personable. They make some amazing drinks, and some delicious baked goods. The rest of the place is run by the capital one team of ambassadors who are quick to welcome you in, ask you about your day, get to know you more, and answer any questions you may have about banking and credit cards. The folks who work here have honestly become some of my good friends, and I always pop in just to chat and see them. They also offer free Money & Life Mentoring sessions. Brittney's guidance has helped me tremendously in managing my financial and also personal life. Think of it as a mix of therapy and financial coaching. On top of the sessions, they're constantly hosting community events, financial workshops, and meet and greets to build connection in the neighborhood. I have a Capital One debit card and I like coffee, so why not stop in here on a weekday morning since I do need a place to work. Yes, the Capital One Café didn't mind that I was here drinking one coffee and using their internet for about three hours. I had a delicious cortado in a small cup and enjoyed that. And then a few work Zoom calls, a bunch of emails and then it was time to move along and hunt up some lunch. The space was quiet enough for the work, no one disturbed me and it was comfortable. I came here to do some work and loved that there's was lots of tables available to do some work. My coffee order came out quick and it was a nice perk it was 50% off since I have a capital one card. I figured I'd relax for a few minutes, took a seat at one of the only available spots, near the counter (was pretty crowded). I'm guessing some of the previous reviewers did not get and egg sandwich. I ordered a ham and egg on a croissant, almost inedible, threw half away. I figured since I was getting half off my coffee order, I would splurge and get a cappuccino. It was served in a mini cup, with no lid, after I ordered a take out. Maybe a place to sit with your laptop and order a half price coffee , if that's what you are into. Cost me $12.50, without a tip. It's a bank and a coffee shop all in one. Smart actually. There are plenty of seats indoors and on the patio. They serve Peet's Coffee. The coffee tastes good, but I wish they had some sort of policy about people being abusive to their dogs in public, like asking them to leave the premisees. The floor is pure cold, slippery concrete and you have all of these assholes choking their dogs on short leashes. If you can't be humane to your animal, then you shouldn't have one, nor should you bring one to this cafe and force them down on the ground with your foot. Some dogs are high-strung, they can't help themselves....wtf is up with people? Again, the coffee tasted good, and the baristas were nice, but the people sitting here are ASSHOLES, just abusers....esp this guy with his Weimaraner. Haven't been here for over a year and this place still is lovely as can be. As you enter this location you'll be greeted by the ATM machines and then Pete's café if you are a card member you get a special discount. Then the space opens up to a whole bunch of tables and areas where you can sit and read or do work on your laptop. After that there are spaces in the back where you can hang out and chill like little cubbies and these are more private areas and they even have a conference room that you can use this is such a great vibe you literally can work from this location. This review regards Capital One's free Wikibuy service. When I shop online (either to pick up an order from a local store or to have products delivered) Wikibuy gathers discount codes and tries each code to try to get a discount on my order. (Yesterday I saved $40 on my order of iT products Secret Sauce because Wikibuy had a code when I did not!) I've also made purchases that credited my Wikibuy account - when I amass $25 or more I'll use it to order a store gift card from their site. I've also used Wikibuy's charts that show prices during a time period. It shows when a product sold for the least/most. Recently I used it to track the price of a very expensive camera lens. I actually felt good about paying less than $1000 (it was a gift for a loved one's BIG birthday). I haven't used the portion of the service that alerts me if a price dropped since I made a purchase - I have no need to eat my heart out, but it's there if you're so inclined! Gone are the days of me opening another window and searching for promo codes - now I sit back and let Wikibuy do the work! I can pay for the order using any credit card but often I use the Capital One credit card because I get cash back on my purchases - it adds up and I use the money to credit my account. read more

I asked where the closest Post Office was for me to get a money order and was told that the post office down the road would have it and I would be able to buy one there! Given the choice of a Starbucks or a Capital One Cafe... there is no choice! The Capital One Cafes are so bright and open feeling without facing the crowds... I love it. The seating is varied from the basic wood tables and chairs to the sofas and high-top table with stools. On this evening there were a few of us in each area. The choices of coffees, teas, food and sweets is varied to ensure there is something for everyone. The employees were all very friendly and happy to see us happy. On this visit, I stayed longer than planned to listen to the music. As it turns out, they have a husband / wife duo in once a month and I really enjoyed their sound of both original and known songs. New location caught our attention as we walked Atlantic. Hosted by Capital One with service staff in the back. If you pay for your drinks with a Capital One card, it's 50% off. Peet's coffee, a corner seating spot to people watch and a guard rail to avoid passerbys bumping into our table, made it a great stop for coffee. Very cool new place to meet friends. Lots of lounging furniture and free internet. This has made Atlantic Ave a bit more hip for the younger crowd. And, I'm sure Capital One plan to use that to capture new business. read more

The environment is so nice and welcoming, the coffee was great and we had the most amazing customer service and troubleshooting help with our new joint capital one account from Shantai. She bared with us for 2 hours as we had to navigate some complicated blocks from a previous account in my maiden name with a phone number that didn't match. Bless her!
