That's as far as I got, since it was before hours, but it definitely felt nice to use the ATM while completely alone and not needing to worry about anyone 'sneaking up behind me.' The ATM was likewise simple to use. I use this bank, previously BB&T for me, because of the low monthly fees compared to other banks. I recently switched to an account with no fees, which I didn't know existed anymore for a physical bank. I am not an expert but being able to use the physical bank works for me.

The banker took me right away. He needed to see my ID I'm using the mobile app. It is very easy to use except when you make a bill payment, they don't deduct the money right away. It takes two days for it to show up as a deduction.
