I'm surprise she is the Manager...I will never go back to this location! I booked my appointment for a notary service at 12:30 pm (during my lunch break) upon arrival she asked me to wait and 10 minutes later she informed me that the notary lady had a family emergency and didn't show up to work. She didn't have the courtesy to contact me to informed me of the situation or reschedule my appointment and she apologize like she didn't care and not even offered me to reach another location and help me with my request. I'm thinking of closing my account...stay away of this Branch!!!

I asked him politely to stop talking to me. He wanted to fight, claims he doesn't work for Chase, but then claims he could throw me out of somewhere he said he doesn't work. I didn't have time for the ignorance I walked out and left my mother inside to handle the rest of the business, and this ignorant security guard with a mouth full of dental gold followed me outside claiming his truck is right there and he can take off his uniform and we can fight lol, I cannot make this up, I kept telling him to leave me alone and he wouldn't, so I told him he's too sensitive and he definitely wanted to fight after that I just closed my car door in his face and he stomped away like a little girl having a temper tantrum. Branch shouldn't be hiring thugs to secure the bank that holds our money. Lost two customers.

    Wow, my first painless experience at a PNC Bank after a long string of torturous experiences (see…read moreprevious review). I was greeted by teller Ashley - friendly and smiling. She knew exactly what I needed done after a quick glance at my documents, took care of it, wished me a great rest of my day and I was on my way.     Teller was very friendly and helpful other than that can't say much about the bankers…read more Apparently they run a graveyard shift with only 2 bankers mid-day to help with basic services like opening an account. Unfortunately, one banker was in his office checking email, the other was helping one man in front of me and another customer was sitting in the lounge. 2 bankers. And apparently they only run with appointments, so dont staff well for walk-in customers. I literally came to give them money and they were unable to help. Additionally, they didn't greet me until I inserted myself into the conversation. Prior I had called to discuss a promotion for opening an act and the banker on the phone fed me incorrect information. Literally, I verified later by calling the 800 number. The representative walked me through each detail as well as that the previous banker must of just been making it up as he went because there were no details remotely similar to what he had told me on the phone. It's kinda awkward for a bank to say they meet your banking needs but don't even have the flexibility to help you open account. Like, why be cheap, just pay for the staff and give your customers a good experience. Simple. I was told to come back tomorrow. Instead I went down the street to CitiBank where I was greeted immediately, they had 5 staff members, and was sitting with a banker in 10 minutes and was done in 15 minutes. Even the branch manager came in and introduced themselves.

    This review is for counter service…read more 4 for the big box bank extra happy contrived concern personal-seeming customer service while you wait randomly forever. Funny, this visit, there were quite a few happy go lucky reps running around behind the counter, in and out of the back. 1 star for no distinct line at all for counter service.....you just stand with a bunch of other folks aimlessly on a large carpet with a big green square in the center. Remember in elementary school dodge ball, where everyone stands inside a big circle drawn in the dirt and strategically places themselves, waiting to get hit? Or not. Reps at the counter ask whoever is standing there if anyone is conducting a certain kind of transaction, then motion the first hand to go up that person to come on up. Huh. 1 star for the one time I went to cash a few checks someone wrote me, the cashier shorted me $13........they go in the back with your checks and your ID (did you run my credit/lexis nexis?), return a few minutes later with your cash stuck inside an envelope, presumably for safety reasons and ask if you'd like to start an account if you don't have one. Oh no, honey.......pull it out and count my money right herr. Thank goodness I added it all before. I made her bring back the actual checks, recalculate the total. Yup. Short, $13. I ***hope*** she didn't do that on purpose. Grrr. At least rope off a line. I'd rather bank small.

I'm the manager around here" gotta love the realness and she reminded me of a few people like her in my family. She makes me feel that I am right at home. She got straight to business, made me feel welcomed and comfortable and really gave me that personal "I got you" type feeling. In one day, I'm already known by name. only been to this bank for 2 days and I already know I'm gonna be family here. From Zion to keverson and even Ken who I've spoken to, they all are so kind

    This branch is now closed. Anyway, overall in the past couple years I have seen a decline In…read morecustomer service. I had an appointment for 1:30 pm. I arrived ten mins early and found nobody at the reception/check in desk until 1:36 pm. After I informing the agent of my name and reason for my visit, he informed that the representative would be with me soon. While I was waiting other customers who had appointments saw their person within five minutes of sitting down. One customer had an agent waiting for him and his family by the lobby door for their arrival. They received a warm greeting. The customer must be a multi-millionaire. At 1:55 pm, the person who I had the appointment walked out her office with another customer in tow. She just looked at me without saying a word; ie, no apology, no greeting, etc. At 2:05 pm I got up off the couch, looked at the desk agent and said, "I had an appointment at 1:30 pm!. Good bye!" I then walked out. This is not the first time I have had an appointment and I had to wait more then 15 minutes. One time I had to wait because the entire platform staff decided to all go out to lunch at the same time, but they did not return at the same time. When i completed the survey of my experience I stated events ; yet, I never even heard "we are sorry.." NOTHING! So, I am now banking at JP Morgan Chase Bank.

    This bank is the worst bank ever. Starting with the ATM's they literally take 5-10 minutes to get…read moreor deposit cash. The place has 1-3 employees at best with a manager who does nothing but look busy and greet people. You go there and literally one person can be waiting for an appt and they say oh no appt today were booked lol. If I can rate this 0 stars I would have. Just shut it down already the place literally has a drive thru that doesnt work cause they dont even want to hire enough people to work it.
