This review is for counter service…read more 4 for the big box bank extra happy contrived concern personal-seeming customer service while you wait randomly forever. Funny, this visit, there were quite a few happy go lucky reps running around behind the counter, in and out of the back. 1 star for no distinct line at all for counter service.....you just stand with a bunch of other folks aimlessly on a large carpet with a big green square in the center. Remember in elementary school dodge ball, where everyone stands inside a big circle drawn in the dirt and strategically places themselves, waiting to get hit? Or not. Reps at the counter ask whoever is standing there if anyone is conducting a certain kind of transaction, then motion the first hand to go up that person to come on up. Huh. 1 star for the one time I went to cash a few checks someone wrote me, the cashier shorted me $13........they go in the back with your checks and your ID (did you run my credit/lexis nexis?), return a few minutes later with your cash stuck inside an envelope, presumably for safety reasons and ask if you'd like to start an account if you don't have one. Oh no, honey.......pull it out and count my money right herr. Thank goodness I added it all before. I made her bring back the actual checks, recalculate the total. Yup. Short, $13. I ***hope*** she didn't do that on purpose. Grrr. At least rope off a line. I'd rather bank small.

I'm the manager around here" gotta love the realness and she reminded me of a few people like her in my family. She makes me feel that I am right at home. She got straight to business, made me feel welcomed and comfortable and really gave me that personal "I got you" type feeling. In one day, I'm already known by name. only been to this bank for 2 days and I already know I'm gonna be family here. From Zion to keverson and even Ken who I've spoken to, they all are so kind

BE CONSISTANT AND CLOSED THE DOOR LIKE THE OTHERS AROUND YOU!…read more This was one of the most unnecessarily frustrating banking experiences I have encountered, and the issue was not the complexity of the transaction, it was the lack of consistency, preparation, and basic process knowledge from leadership down to the frontline staff. The purpose of the visit was simple: open an account for the monthly deposit of Social Security funds. We arrived with the Social Security award letter, identification, and supporting documentation. Instead of being provided with a clear checklist of everything required at the beginning, information was given piece by piece. After spending considerable time entering information and supposedly creating a profile, we were told an original birth certificate was needed. We left the branch and began driving to retrieve it. While already on the road, the bank called and suddenly advised that the Social Security card was also needed even though we had specifically been told during the appointment that the birth certificate was the only additional document required. We returned with both documents expecting the process to continue from the profile we had already been told was established. Instead, another employee appeared to restart much of the process, repeatedly went into another office for assistance, spent additional time at the copier, asked numerous questions, and recreated information that supposedly had already been entered. Then, after all of that, we were told at the very end that $25 was required to open the account. Again, this was information that should have been communicated at the beginning. This is not acceptable customer service. Customers do not work for Wells Fargo and should not be expected to know the bank's internal requirements. If an account requires specific identification, original documents, a Social Security card, an opening deposit, or any other documentation, provide the customer with a complete checklist before beginning the process. What should have been a straightforward account opening turned into multiple trips, conflicting instructions, duplicated work, and a significant waste of time. The Wells Fargo location near Broward Mall needs immediate attention to employee training, leadership oversight, process consistency, and customer communication. A financial institution should inspire confidence that employees understand their own procedures. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Save yourself the unnecessary frustration, time, and energy unless this branch improves its training and account-opening process.

It was so much better than I expected! I expected a small coffee counter and to be pressured into Capital One banking services, neither of which were true. The staff were next-level friendly, and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed being there. They welcomed me when I walked in, and told me about the drink specials and other amenities at the cafe such as reservable spaces (only for capital one cardholders) and events! I got a cherry vanilla iced matcha latte from the spring menu. It was good and the presentation was nice. It was extremely sweet, so I'd get something else if that's not your thing. They told me that the summer menu focuses on blueberry and ube, so I'll definitely have to try that out! It was somewhat crowded, but there was plenty of seating and outlets. This is the perfect place to get a good drink, get some work done, and even get banking errands done if you're a capital one customer. Plus it's right on las Olas, so it's a nice area to walk around or visit other shops. Such a great find!

They use a verve brand and it was to our liking. They also offer 50% off if you pay with capital one credit or debit card. They also have some food items and they were pretty decent too. I would recommend this place to more people to try. Yes, we will definitely be back for their coffee again in the near future. Located in las olas, you would think parking will be crazy but it was actually not hard at all.
