This is a horrible bank. I am taking my money where I can be told the truth and not.put holds on checks they say will be available the next business day. I have deposited numerous checks from this local business who they also use a local bank. Other people deposited the same checks at different banks and they cleared. They also altered the checks and then told.me they had been altered. I took pictures of the checks.prior to going in and depositing these checks in person to the teller. Seems someone in the back altered and put a hold.on the check. Now funds aren't available till next Friday. Next Friday I am going to a bank where I can trust the word of the tellers. Total BS!!

This is terrible service!!! There is only 3 employees working on a busy Sunday!! I have been waiting for over an hour to get service! There is only 1 person drive thru, 1 servicing clients at the booth and 1 at the desk!! Seriously, they need to hire more staff!! Some many people need work so why is TD bank not giving these people an opportunity to better serve their customers is mind blowing to me!!!

The drive thru is wrap around the building. Bad part about it there is 2 ppl in drive thru.

Horrible drive thru is horrible been In line for 45min. Then other 30 just to get what I need.

Horrible customer service. Seems like manager doesn't know what's going on. Closing my accounts.

BE CONSISTANT AND CLOSED THE DOOR LIKE THE OTHERS AROUND YOU!…read more This was one of the most unnecessarily frustrating banking experiences I have encountered, and the issue was not the complexity of the transaction, it was the lack of consistency, preparation, and basic process knowledge from leadership down to the frontline staff. The purpose of the visit was simple: open an account for the monthly deposit of Social Security funds. We arrived with the Social Security award letter, identification, and supporting documentation. Instead of being provided with a clear checklist of everything required at the beginning, information was given piece by piece. After spending considerable time entering information and supposedly creating a profile, we were told an original birth certificate was needed. We left the branch and began driving to retrieve it. While already on the road, the bank called and suddenly advised that the Social Security card was also needed even though we had specifically been told during the appointment that the birth certificate was the only additional document required. We returned with both documents expecting the process to continue from the profile we had already been told was established. Instead, another employee appeared to restart much of the process, repeatedly went into another office for assistance, spent additional time at the copier, asked numerous questions, and recreated information that supposedly had already been entered. Then, after all of that, we were told at the very end that $25 was required to open the account. Again, this was information that should have been communicated at the beginning. This is not acceptable customer service. Customers do not work for Wells Fargo and should not be expected to know the bank's internal requirements. If an account requires specific identification, original documents, a Social Security card, an opening deposit, or any other documentation, provide the customer with a complete checklist before beginning the process. What should have been a straightforward account opening turned into multiple trips, conflicting instructions, duplicated work, and a significant waste of time. The Wells Fargo location near Broward Mall needs immediate attention to employee training, leadership oversight, process consistency, and customer communication. A financial institution should inspire confidence that employees understand their own procedures. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Save yourself the unnecessary frustration, time, and energy unless this branch improves its training and account-opening process.

A nice quick trip here with my husband to deposit some money. The parking lot is nice and private…read moreand it has a nice amount of spots so we did not have to look long for a spot. The location was very clean and the ATM outside that we used looked like it was recently wiped down because it seemed very clean as well. There is a drive-thru at this location if you wanted to stay in your car while you need to stop here. I liked that the location had a nice amount of cameras around so I felt safe while I waited for our trip here to be finished. The staff was friendly and they were pretty quick with helping the other people that were here while I was!

Your average Bank of America. The Staff here was friendly, but being towards the end of the day,…read moreyou could tell that most of them were on their last leg and wanted to go home. I was able to get everything I needed to be completed done rather quickly and was able to head out in a timely manner. The location has a nice amount of parking on all sides, including a few spots in the back. This place also has a couple walk-up ATM's that were a little too close to each other so I felt like the person next to me was breathing down my neck. The drive-thru atm is located on one side of the building and has a nice amount of space incase you have a bigger car and have to swing wide to pull up to it as well! The bank was also very clean and well lit and had a security guard inside so I felt a bit safer while I was doing my withdrawal.

Your average Bank of America that will get you everything you need in a somewhat timely manner…read more From the couple times I have been here, the staff is friendly for thr most part but you can tell that they are not in a rush whatsoever because I have seen the faces of other patrons here and I can tell that some have been here a while and are sick of the waiting in line. The bank is very clean and well lit and I feel safe when I am waiting to be helped! The location is very clean and there is more than enough space for people to stand inside without feeling like I am going to be shoulder to shoulder with people. The parking lot is private so anyone in the lot should most likely be coming to this bank. I have never seen the parking lot more than half full which is a good thing when I am on the run and need to stop here for a quick minute! The location offers walk up ATM's as well as a drive up one. I do wish the walk up ATM's were a bit more spaced out but if no one else is at the machine I don't have any issues feeling close to people.

Chase Bank

I was here to visit my Chase Financial Advisor. The facility was divided into the banking section…read moreand the financial advisor section. Both areas were nice, though I preferred the FA section, of course. It's not normally the branch I go to, though just as nice as my Boca Raton branch with the same efficiency I count on day-in day-out of JPMorgan Chase. I had a wonderful session with my financial advisor and will come back again in the future, I'm sure. Sorry; no photos, was in a hurry.

My Experience with Chase Mortgage: *A Customer Lost Forever…read more Our mortgage was originally financed through a finance company and was later acquired by Chase. We did not choose to be a Chase customer at the time. One month, my wife decided to set up an online automatic payment from our checking account for the upcoming mortgage payment because we were going ro be out of town. After setting it up, she called the bank to verify the transaction. They reviewed it and assured her that everything looked correct. The payment due was still about three weeks away. Approximately six or seven weeks later, we received a letter from Chase warning us that if payment was not received immediately, we risked foreclosure. They seemed to love that word "foreclosure" in their letter. After checking the account, we discovered that the automatic payment my wife had scheduled was still pending. That's when we realized she had accidentally selected the wrong year--the payment was scheduled for the right day, but a year later! The representative also did not notice it when my wife called. Chase reported the payment as late to the credit bureaus, despite our otherwise spotless credit history. We had never had a negative mark on our credit report before this incident... NEVER. We opened a formal case with Chase and requested that they remove the late payment from our credit report, explaining and providing related document. After approximately two months of their so-called "investigation," we received a letter stating that the result of the investigation was that they would not be removing it. We had the financial means to pay off the mortgage, and a few months later, that's exactly what we did. Paying off the house early had never been our plan, but we simply no longer wanted to do business with a company that showed so little consideration for its customers. We had been prepared to pay the hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest over the remaining life of the loan. Yet Chase was unwilling to work with us on what we felt was a simple, isolated mistake, despite our previously spotless credit history and our attempt to resolve the issue. That experience permanently changed how we viewed Chase. We made a promise to ourselves that day: We will never do business with Chase again. Our story was a minor customer support issue which we had well documented. If they stood their ground in such defiance as they did on such a minor customer support issue, it's goes without saying what would happen if a customer had a real life issue... which I'm certain happens daily. We do NOT recommend Chase as a reputable bank with which to trust your financial dealings!
