Yes, there is usually a bit of a wait, but that is not unexpected as we didn't make advance appointments. Today we were grateful to work with Ms. Yessica Gonzalez, who has helped us on other visits. She was as friendly and efficient as ever, taking care of a more complex matter and then transferring us to Mr. Marcky Giraldo. He was equally friendly, helpful and efficient, and we were finished much faster than I anticipated. We have been very impressed and happy with almost all aspects of this branch - most definitely 5-star, if not more.

The location was very clean and the ATM outside that we used looked like it was recently wiped down because it seemed very clean as well. There is a drive-thru at this location if you wanted to stay in your car while you need to stop here. I liked that the location had a nice amount of cameras around so I felt safe while I waited for our trip here to be finished. The staff was friendly and they were pretty quick with helping the other people that were here while I was!

I was able to get everything I needed to be completed done rather quickly and was able to head out in a timely manner. The location has a nice amount of parking on all sides, including a few spots in the back. This place also has a couple walk-up ATM's that were a little too close to each other so I felt like the person next to me was breathing down my neck. The drive-thru atm is located on one side of the building and has a nice amount of space incase you have a bigger car and have to swing wide to pull up to it as well! The bank was also very clean and well lit and had a security guard inside so I felt a bit safer while I was doing my withdrawal.

The bank is very clean and well lit and I feel safe when I am waiting to be helped! The location is very clean and there is more than enough space for people to stand inside without feeling like I am going to be shoulder to shoulder with people. The parking lot is private so anyone in the lot should most likely be coming to this bank. I have never seen the parking lot more than half full which is a good thing when I am on the run and need to stop here for a quick minute! The location offers walk up ATM's as well as a drive up one. I do wish the walk up ATM's were a bit more spaced out but if no one else is at the machine I don't have any issues feeling close to people.

There is a longer line for the window and only one person working behind the window. After a bit of a wait and 4 people were taken, another person finally came to the window to help with the line. The teller who helped me was friendly and efficient. This location is on the bigger side and feels a little bit sterile. There are a lot of open cubicles with bankers meeting with customers. I don't like this type of openness in a place where you are potentially discussing your financial matters for everyone else to hear your business.

Although the ATM outside is state-of-the-art and I also like that there is a ramp for disabled patrons, you need to park and walk to the ATM located on the north side of the building. Guys, when you have a short break at work and really need to get your transaction done, the convenience of an ATM from your car can be truly invaluable. The other major thing, which is most dismissive about the location, is the overall access. The branch is located within a highly-trafficked retail strip. It is actually dangerous to drive in and out of the branch with traffic coming at you from all different directions without adequate stop signs. I hope they improve on this, in case they've wondered how to beef up business here!

I called for her in the morning & she was able to help correct my account issue which would reflect at midnight - sure enough it was fixed. I can't express enough how grateful I am for Lori for her care, kindness and professionalism. There's nothing worse than having a financial concern and usually takes days or even weeks to resolve.
