I took out my car loan with SCU in 2003 and after the economy crashed in 2006 Kwei Battels went out of her way to work with me until I paid off the loan in 2008. Her professionalism and compassion are unmatched; she is one of the nicest women I have ever met. I would also like to mention Frances Godoy, this past month I went to see her so I could apply for an unsecured credit card, and she was able to get everything done through emails and faxes. Her prompt responses are unmatched. She has been a joy to work with. If you can join this Credit Union, do so. I cancelled all my other accounts with other banks and will stay with SCU simply because of their customer service.

I did not get a phone call from anyone Monday I ended up calling in just to find out that it was not ready she guaranteed me that Tuesday my tag and registration and title will be ready. Again, no phone call no one reached out to me to tell me that it was not in I had to call in to find out that it was not there. So I called Wednesday and the man on the phone assured me that I will be the first one he will call once my information came in, he called me later on that evening. My advice is that if you are not in a rush for your stuff you can go customer service was okay but the lack of information and communication is why I'm rating it what it is now. I really appreciate their help though!

I waited and it was way more than 15 minutes. I'd more like 30. Which is okay. However she had no sense of attending to me. There was another couple waiting alongside me who mentioned they had been there 2 other times and there was no one at the counter. This time thwy waited pretty much the time I was there. The lady was very friendly and professional. But, when I heard their rate, I was shocked! I hesitated to exchange my money here. But she told me it would be better than doing at the airport. So, I exchanged only $40 (I was going to exchange $100 originally). Once I got to the Bogota airport, there was a money exchange booth and their rate was a lot better than this place. I am so glad that I didn't exchange $100 worth of my money. My Colombian friends asked me how much was my rate so I told them...they were really shocked to hear and couldn't believe it. I think this place is a good place to get a little exchange to get through a day in the country where you are traveling to. They provide you a very quick service! But I don't recommend to exchange whole a lot! The local airport has a better rate - and if you can use your ATM card internationally, it is a not cheaper to do so.
