I was going to travel to Colombia and thought it would be helpful to have some Colombian cash with me. Before I went to this shop, I researched the US dollar/Colombian pesos rate. The lady was very friendly and professional. But, when I heard their rate, I was shocked! I hesitated to exchange my money here. But she told me it would be better than doing at the airport. So, I exchanged only $40 (I was going to exchange $100 originally). Once I got to the Bogota airport, there was a money exchange booth and their rate was a lot better than this place. I am so glad that I didn't exchange $100 worth of my money. My Colombian friends asked me how much was my rate so I told them...they were really shocked to hear and couldn't believe it. I think this place is a good place to get a little exchange to get through a day in the country where you are traveling to. They provide you a very quick service! But I don't recommend to exchange whole a lot! The local airport has a better rate - and if you can use your ATM card internationally, it is a not cheaper to do so. read more

Website says they open at 10 AM on Saturdays. I arrive at 10:20 and no one's there. I wait 10 minutes and call the corporate number. The CS rep informs me that this location is opening at 11 due to a "personnel" issue. I need to exchange funds for a trip so I'm stuck. The manager finally arrives at 11:05 and informs me that they are on holiday hours today and which I know is a lie from talking to corporate. She then spends the next 25 minutes "opening" the store. I always use this kiosk before traveling internationally. Very simple process; call and place your order 1-2 weeks prior to travel and you'll get a phone call when the currency's arrive. If you a Military Veteran, the exchange fee is cut 50% off the already low cost. It's easy to find, I always park outside the food court as the kiosk is less than a minute away. This time around, I needed Egyptian pounds and euro, picked them up 2 days before my trip. Yay! Thank you as always! read more
