I come to Yelp for its vast and savvy form of guiding me in whatever direction I need. I don't take…read moreit lightly when they advertise a certain special and knowingly tell me they won't honor it. Not only did they tell me they wouldn't honor it, they also explained that they have many specials and offers listed throughout the store that aren't valid. I only obtained this info after showing my yelp check in offer and being told they don't accept Groupons. Obviously, I wasn't using a Groupon and when I repeated Yelp for the 5th time is when I was affirmed that not only do they not honor them but they don't honor my of the specials listed on the walls. I gave him a puzzled face and only received an..."I know, I'm aware" response. By the way, the difference would've been like $2.50 which is peanuts but I value work ethic and these people don't. How could you knowingly deceive people even when I called over the phone to ask? By the way, the place in Downtown which is where I should've gone has a better exchange rate. If it wasn't for the dismal rain, I would've gone. Don't play with me by offering some fake yelp offer just to lure people into your place which is INSIDE of a Dunkin Donuts. Literally, not even Starbucks because you clearly don't have that amount of class. ::scoffs::

Best location in miami to money exchange prior to any trip!…read more The front desk staff was so nice and made sure the process was quick and efficient. The office space is nothing fancy, but what else would you except?! The shopping center as a whole is on the smaller size so parking gets full, but I had no issues finding a spot. The whole process was so quick I was in and out in roughly 5 minutes! In terms of exchange rates, they had the most competitive selling and buying rates around so you get the best deal possible. Overall good experience and will come again.

She also helped me get a check for a payment to my alma mater and made everything quick and easy. What really stood out was her attitude. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The check was endorsed with both signatures but he stated that they both needed to be in the account name and that he had to be there. The check stated a payee's meaning a singular person but he was very sure that my mom couldn't change her check and didn't ask a supervisor. However, I went to another Dade county bank and the associate stated that I didn't need my dad present to change the check. I was not impressed on how Claudy worked and didn't find him friendly either. I felt like he didn't want to work. I would not go to this bank again.

When I arrived ahead was finishing up with a customer. She put the sign that she was going to return. She was due for her break. She said she'd return in 15 minuted. I thought it was understandable. I waited and it was way more than 15 minutes. I'd more like 30. Which is okay. However she had no sense of attending to me. There was another couple waiting alongside me who mentioned they had been there 2 other times and there was no one at the counter. This time thwy waited pretty much the time I was there. I am hoping that when I return I will receive my charge. Note. I understand it is a small amount. However it is still $4.25 that I did not authorize the company to keep.

I was going to travel to Colombia and thought it would be helpful to have some Colombian cash with…read moreme. Before I went to this shop, I researched the US dollar/Colombian pesos rate. The lady was very friendly and professional. But, when I heard their rate, I was shocked! I hesitated to exchange my money here. But she told me it would be better than doing at the airport. So, I exchanged only $40 (I was going to exchange $100 originally). Once I got to the Bogota airport, there was a money exchange booth and their rate was a lot better than this place. I am so glad that I didn't exchange $100 worth of my money. My Colombian friends asked me how much was my rate so I told them...they were really shocked to hear and couldn't believe it. I think this place is a good place to get a little exchange to get through a day in the country where you are traveling to. They provide you a very quick service! But I don't recommend to exchange whole a lot! The local airport has a better rate - and if you can use your ATM card internationally, it is a not cheaper to do so.

I did not get a phone call from anyone Monday I ended up calling in just to find out that it was not ready she guaranteed me that Tuesday my tag and registration and title will be ready. Again, no phone call no one reached out to me to tell me that it was not in I had to call in to find out that it was not there. So I called Wednesday and the man on the phone assured me that I will be the first one he will call once my information came in, he called me later on that evening. My advice is that if you are not in a rush for your stuff you can go customer service was okay but the lack of information and communication is why I'm rating it what it is now. I really appreciate their help though!
