I come to Yelp for its vast and savvy form of guiding me in whatever direction I need. I don't take it lightly when they advertise a certain special and knowingly tell me they won't honor it. Not only did they tell me they wouldn't honor it, they also explained that they have many specials and offers listed throughout the store that aren't valid. I only obtained this info after showing my yelp check in offer and being told they don't accept Groupons. Obviously, I wasn't using a Groupon and when I repeated Yelp for the 5th time is when I was affirmed that not only do they not honor them but they don't honor my of the specials listed on the walls. I gave him a puzzled face and only received an..."I know, I'm aware" response. By the way, the difference would've been like $2.50 which is peanuts but I value work ethic and these people don't. How could you knowingly deceive people even when I called over the phone to ask? By the way, the place in Downtown which is where I should've gone has a better exchange rate. If it wasn't for the dismal rain, I would've gone. Don't play with me by offering some fake yelp offer just to lure people into your place which is INSIDE of a Dunkin Donuts. This is my favorite currency exchange people there are very professional and gentle they explain everything related to rates and types of currencies. Why would you place a business in a convenient location and post the OPEN hours and yet show up Whenever you want. Went here 3 times in 2 days and no one was around. Called a dozen times no return calls. It just terrible. The lady at Dunkin Doughnuts said they are there sometimes and out a lot. read more

Misleading Information and lack of ethics Convenient location, clean and safe environment, my wife and I called in two different occasions to request the rate for buying Euros, the rate was too good to be true. No brain deal and I went to their location when doing the transaction I notice the exchange rate was up .25 cents from the original quote, besides the "convenience fee" for $10 never mentioned when we called. When leaving I mentioned to the clerck I did not appreciate the way they were doing business. No such thing as very good deal...:( read more
