We identified this issue in less than 20 minutes, however, after calling them over the course of 2 days and explaining the issue to them, they are still going to take about 20 DAYS to do their little investigation and "cut us a check" once they determine their mistake. You might have better luck having someone else manage your money; like a distant relative that you knew when you were 5 but don't speak to anymore, or a stranger on the street.

I sold stock at a loss & with a 10% penalty to withdraw from my Ira account in order to have the funds to purchase. As well as took out a personal loan at 13% interest to fund my purchase. There will be more victims with costs like me if this realtor isn't stopped. He should not be marketing it while under litigation. They have several victims, including me.
