She was as friendly and efficient as ever, taking care of a more complex matter and then transferring us to Mr. Marcky Giraldo. He was equally friendly, helpful and efficient, and we were finished much faster than I anticipated. We have been very impressed and happy with almost all aspects of this branch - most definitely 5-star, if not more.

The drive-thru atm is located on one side of the building and has a nice amount of space incase you have a bigger car and have to swing wide to pull up to it as well! The bank was also very clean and well lit and had a security guard inside so I felt a bit safer while I was doing my withdrawal.

I don't like this type of openness in a place where you are potentially discussing your financial matters for everyone else to hear your business.

The other major thing, which is most dismissive about the location, is the overall access. The branch is located within a highly-trafficked retail strip. It is actually dangerous to drive in and out of the branch with traffic coming at you from all different directions without adequate stop signs.
