Extremely rude, and unprofessional branch manager, Nelson Cruz…read more Rolled up a withdrawal slip and threw it at me. Reported details to upper management. Told them date, and time of my visit, and to verify incident via security camera. Management told me the security camera footage was not available to them. ?!?!?!?NO SECURITY CAMERA?!?!?!? Most rude, and unprofessional experience in banking I've ever encountered. This branch was the best when Christian was manager. Not now. They also seem to have problems keeping tellers. All downhill since Nelson Cruz in charge. Perhaps it is not that desirable a job, hence, Nelson Cruz!

Chase at Bell Tower will make your heart rate increase!…read more If you make the mistake of banking at the Weston Bell Tower Chase branch, here's what you can expect. I explained to the teller that I had tried to do a bank transfer online and I got a notice that a fictitious account number would be created. Since the notice did not share the new fictitious account number, I had no way of knowing if the new number was legitimate. I asked if this was Chase policy. The teller responded with "That's strange! Was it a phishing email?" I repeated the scenario. Then, without moving from his counter, the teller described an irrelevant scenario to another teller who concluded that: "You'll need to report it to the Police Department!" Their recommendation: I should ask the Weston Police Department to explain the Chase policy of creating fictitious account numbers for bank transfers! When I reported the incident to Chase, the manager called and apologized. The next day, I went into the branch to close the account. I waited in line for about 4 minutes. No one said "We'll be right with you!" When I approached the female Asian-looking teller, she began working on the closure of the account. There were two customers in line, and within one minute, she acknowledged them and said "We'll be right with you!" My 4-minute wait was, to her, not worthy of that statement. Then, while I was standing at the counter in front of the teller, she called the customer who was in line behind me, to the counter. She processed their transaction, and sent them on their way. I got to wait and watch her attend to the customer who was behind me in the line. When I reported the closure incident to Chase, the manager didn't even bother to call. Here's what should have happened with the fictitious bank account number: The teller who had never heard of Chase creating fictitious account numbers prior to completing a bank transfer should have 1) listened to me and then 2) gone to the manager to find out if that was Chase policy. When I went to close the account, here's what should have happened: 1.The teller should have offered a "We'll be right with you!" to me while I waited for 4 minutes, just as she did for the customer who had waited for 1 minute. 2.She should have FINISHED processing my transaction before attending to the customer who was behind me in the line. 3.The manager should have contacted me to apologize for the teller's behavior when I went to close the account. Mmmm... I wonder why Chase branches are closing! I've done my part, I've closed the account. If you have a Chase account, close it! If you don't have one, don't open one!

Hello everyone. I was a chase customer for 25 years. At first when I had all this money the bank…read morewould yes me to death and make me feel really like a VIP. Once I lost everything and declared bankruptcy the bank treated me much differently. After 3 long years of basically receiving abuse from chase I left the bank. After that I tried TD Bank and they should be called TD Bank and they should be called Total Disaster instead. PNC not much better and BB&T maybe the worst of them all. Finally after all these problems I decided to try Wells Fargo and by far they are the BEST BANK in the UNIVERSE. Very respectful young man opened up my account. Very efficient bank and they have something you cannot teach which is People Skills. You can bring the horse to water but you can't make the horse drink it. They have amazing people skills and really do go the extra mile to make you feel at home. You get things done in a quick efficient way for the customer. Thanks for making it easy. Thank you for everything you do. I will be with this bank for life. I am eternally grateful to of found such a great bank that makes it so convenient for me. Lord knows how busy I really am. Take care Wells Fargo. Thanks for being there for your customers. I highly recommend this bank to everyone!!!
