Zero issues all these months and suddenly they are withholding funds for verification. Sounds more like they are using the money in money market funds to make interest. She was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and handled the opening of my account and maintenance with my online banking so fast I didn't know she had started yet . I wouldn't waste my time to write the review, except for the fact that she took the time out of her to make sure that I needed in order to pay my bills was fixed. She took the time out to check and double check, then argue on my behalf with the corporate office I've never experienced anyone go so far out of their way to fix a problem that wasn't their own. A+, five stars, standing ovation ... I would never recommend a bank , that's not what I'm doing here. I'm recommending Miss Silvia and this just happens to be the branch that she works at.

I didn't have to wait for a banker on the waiting list because my stuff was easy so I just stood in line. They made my visit very easy and even made the service complimentary which made the stop worth it. The counters were clean and they had multiple attendants at all the windows making the line move fast. Most of the employees were bilingual which makes a bank more functional especially in South Florida. They do close at 4pm so keep that in mind when trying to make arrangements. I've been a Citibank customer for over a decade and I'm glad to have found another reliable branch that I can depend on.

I had just left Suntrust to get my signature guaranteed and they were willing to deposit the check as endorsed by all parties. After speaking to the manager and the check being denied for deposit I asked her to just close out my accounts and I'll go elsewhere but she said nope I can't help you go on line and have them do it because we do not have time for you. Completely frustrated I went to the teller requested a cashiers check for the majority of my funds. I am now transferring the remaining balance of my account via internet to charles swab as I am done with Wells Fargo. After that I tried TD Bank and they should be called TD Bank and they should be called Total Disaster instead. PNC not much better and BB&T maybe the worst of them all. Finally after all these problems I decided to try Wells Fargo and by far they are the BEST BANK in the UNIVERSE. Very respectful young man opened up my account. Very efficient bank and they have something you cannot teach which is People Skills. You can bring the horse to water but you can't make the horse drink it.
