My twin sister and I checking account were hacked with fake checks from a loan company . We never got our money back and they closed my account. Very disappointed. My twin sister had an account but no debit card. I reported discrimination for our treatment but nothing was done about it.

I just graduated from FSU my college address in Tallahassee is still on my license and most people don't immediately update their license especially when they are moving. I felt like her comment was very rude and really not any of her business. She could easily verify my check with her own ways other than to try and be sneaky and make a comment about my address on my license and then to ask me a dumb question about what kind of check it was when like I said she can just call and verify. Naturally I just answered back and told her it was my college address even though I didn't have to and then realized I prob should've just told her to mind her business.... It was more rude that it was a legitimate check and I didn't care if she called and verified and I told her that already before she even asked about what kind of check it was. Nobody likes to be treated like their a bad person she made me feel like a criminal honestly. Start minding your business and just do your job. People are always putting their heads into things they have no business putting their heads into just verify my check and move on don't make comments about my address and how far I live. Stop messing with people during this time... everyone is on edge. I know it's not in y'all job descriptions to make slick comments about someone's personal address and suggest I'm trying to scam y'all for chump change. This is why I don't bank with Wells Fargo.

The treatment I received from the branch manager went beyond rudeness -- it was deeply unsettling and, I believe, emotionally abusive. I was acting in my capacity as the court-appointed administrator of a deceased family member's estate. My family member had maintained a decades-long banking relationship with Chase Bank--extending back to before the J.P.Morgan merger. I am legally obligated, under court order, to complete certain account finalizations and estate-related banking matters. On the days in question, the branch manager interrupted me continuously, spoke over me, and refused to allow me to ask questions or clarify information. Her manner was not only dismissive but also dictatorial. At one point, when I respectfully explained that she could not refuse a court order, she replied, "We will see. We have our own rules and procedures." Such a statement reflects arrogance, disrespect for the law, and a complete disregard for customer service standards. The experience left me feeling demeaned and powerless, and I genuinely felt emotionally abused by her unprofessional behavior. No customer--or especially a bereaved family member fulfilling legal obligations--should be treated this way. The manner in which she handled these interactions left me feeling provoked and distressed. Her attitude and communication style escalated the situation, and I believe she intentionally provoked me into anger -- a reaction that no customer should be driven to during a sensitive, legally required process.

Then I get back in line to cash my check and there are 4 or 5 people in front of me now and only one person. Working the doing both the people in line and running back and forth to assist the drive through customers while there are 2 other employees just lounging about in their little fancy office cubicles without a care in the world on their computers . That is poor low quality customer attention , value , and service .
