I reread my review and it was not offensive in any way and their response validated my experience so rather than attempt to obtain a potential customer's business, this obvious owner or manager elected to chastise me for daring to leave a honest, respectful customer experience. As someone who worked service industry and lower level management waitressing tables to pay my way through college and medical school to become a physician, I find this type of attitude both baffling, insulting, rude and very much "not needed".
