Here is what happens every single visit: staff confirms my available credits at check-in, I receive my service, and at checkout I am told they do not know how to apply the credits. The manager is messaged and I leave without a resolution, every time. I have reached out following multiple visits and have not received a single response. This is not a one-time miscommunication. This is a repeated pattern of collecting monthly membership fees while consistently failing to honor what those fees cover. I have full documentation of every charge, every visit, and every unanswered follow-up. I would like this resolved.

I was present during an appointment when another tenant confronted/harassed my service provider. As a client simply there for an appointment, I should never have been placed in the middle of a dispute between tenants. More importantly, I was disturbed by how the situation involving my service provider appeared to be handled. My service provider shared with me that she had repeatedly reported problems with this tenant to management and felt her concerns were not being taken seriously. I also later became aware of allegations involving the use of a racial slur and concerns that a personal friendship between management and the other tenant influenced how complaints were handled. I cannot speak to conversations or incidents I did not personally witness, but I CAN speak to how uncomfortable and unprofessional the environment felt as a client. I witnessed enough during my own appointment to be concerned about how conflict was being handled. Clients should be able to attend appointments without being pulled into tenant disputes, and business owners leasing suites should feel confident that complaints involving harassment or discrimination will be handled fairly and professionally. Based on my personal experience as a client, I would not feel comfortable returning to this location.

This racist establishment is not the friendly place they make it out to be. Please do not lease here. There are amenities that aren't even up to code that the owner knows about and doesn't care enough to get it fixed and inspected. She's putting every tenant at risk of their business by not having this place up to code every day. I will never come back to this place due to the way I was treated by this racist owner and racist tenant that constantly harassed me.
