He's possibly the nicest dude I've ever spoken to. 3. His prices are fair (and affordable). 4. He's punctual and efficient. 5. He gave me hot sauce that he made himself (it's good!). 5. He legitimately cares about the safety of people behind their locks. That was literally more important to him than getting paid, which is not something you encounter every day. But that doesn't mean you don't have to pay him, FYI. Pay people for their services you deadbeat. I don't know that there's anything else I could ask of a locksmith. Marco knows his business, gets it done properly, and is clearly just a good guy.
