They didn't seem to like my push. Even when I explained that they would want their mother/daughter to be just as cautious. Especially in our world today. I can quote their last reply to me. "FOR THE SCOPE, TIME, and PRICE, WE ARE GOING TO WITHDRAW OUR QUOTE and OFFER OF SERVICE". Total red flag. They were going to charge $250.00 to destroy my safe to open it. The next day I called another Locksmith (Nature Coast) they were out the very same day and was able to fix the broken lock and now I can open it without it being destroyed. They charged me less than half of the $250.00 quote from you.

I feel bad for any other Hudson Valley locksmiths out there, because Marco is just...better. In…read moreevery way.* Let's count those ways: 1. He makes me laugh. 2. He's possibly the nicest dude I've ever spoken to. 3. His prices are fair (and affordable). 4. He's punctual and efficient. 5. He gave me hot sauce that he made himself (it's good!). 5. He legitimately cares about the safety of people behind their locks. That was literally more important to him than getting paid, which is not something you encounter every day. But that doesn't mean you don't have to pay him, FYI. Pay people for their services you deadbeat. I don't know that there's anything else I could ask of a locksmith. Marco knows his business, gets it done properly, and is clearly just a good guy. The only "drawback" to dealing with him was that he wasn't up on electronic payments, so one time I had to pay his wife via PayPal...which was simultaneously (1) not a problem in the least, and (2) downright adorable. ____________ *To be clear, I am basing this on very limited experience (Marco and one other guy), but I'm pretty confident in my absolutely unqualified assessment.
