No explanation, no alternatives, no basic courtesy. Being locked out is already stressful. The least you expect is a professional response, even if the provider isn't available. A simple "we're closed" or a referral to another service would have been the bare minimum. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Please tell me why the lady did not check the numbers under where the security system was, did not check the keys to fit in the car door because there is only one key entry. Then she made the key just to crank the car.I left and went on with my day and I got out of the car locked it. I used the same key she made and it wouldn't fit the door key entry. I got locked out of my car. I dealt with Mobile Locksmith before Thank you for checking the numbers, making sure my key fit the door and cranks my car. I have dealt with the company for years and I appreciate them and recommend them to anyone. The key on the right was made by AA Lock Doc & Security and the key left was made by Mobile Locksmith. I opted for no key fob due to cost and he was able to give me a key that does it all. Also, the numbers she had I gave the phone to the locksmith and he clearly had different numbers than hers. I did bring her the key and she looked at the key and said I cut it correctly so it's the key fob. No ma'am you did not check the numbers nor the door key entry to the car. She refused to give me back my $69.88 after she stated I can over the phone. I drove 45 min and really just wanted to not do the drive. Long story short!
