We paid over $7,200 to upgrade our new garage door. Within three days, a glass panel fell and shattered due to poor installation. It's been over four months, and the job is still unfinished. The owner, Johnathon Minerd, has provided excuse after excuse and now demands we pay another $400 or drive to Orlando to pick up the replacement ourselves--after already being fully paid. We later found out they are not licensed in Florida, and the address and credentials provided were false. We've filed complaints with the Attorney General, BBB, and Consumer Fraud Division. This company is a scam, and no one should go through the nightmare we've endured.

I was surprised why it's so fast because I had other people to come in two days to install LiftMaster for me, and I was just shopping around see maybe I can find somebody local close to me. Because other company one hour away But I canceled the other appointment with other people and agree with JP Garage Door company he installed unit very quickly. And I realize it's different brand Ganie model 3021 I was so unhappy he told me after he installed . And was so funny the lightbulb did not work. I have to give him my lightbulb because he did not have one on him to put it in. well I don't like to complain. I just accept it and paid. Then on Monday next day, I realize I cannot close my screen because the garage not open properly and I realize the bottom sensors he did not change. He left old sensors . I called him. He said sensors under warranty we don't have to change it now.
