Called on a Friday afternoon and we're thrilled that they could come that same day. We had some quirks with the locks on our home, but Derek was able to change them all to our liking. Thank you for not leaving a mess for me to clean up. We are very impressed with this gentleman's work. Will give him a call if this service is needed again in the future.

My wife used their services to remove and install a new lock ( top and bottom). I was not home at…read morethe time. Over the phone the employee had stated a price for service. AFTER installation the employee changed the price agreed upon over the phone and there was a substantial up charge. The total final price resulted in $749.00. Upon further review I searched the serial number obtained from the instruction manual for the lock that was installed and it costs $50.00. The installation took an hour or less and I have RING camera proof. This company charged $699 dollars to install a $50 dollar lock for an hour of labor. Please think critically and logically as this is extremely above market price ( per google results and asking different companies locally) and they took advantage of my wife being home alone. I have proof to back up all my claim in pictures. Please ask for written statement and signature of pricing before installation so they cannot up-charge as the bank will not cancel a transaction in your favor if there is a receipt and signature as proof. Lastly, My wife did not know better ultimately it is up to the consumer to be aware and educated to avoid scum like these people. Please note as well the receipt for credit card transaction does not match their business name. This seems strange.

I purchased a 2004 Solara convertible a few days age from a dealer. The car came with one key…read more.. That's it. I researched and found out that the 2004 model had consumer-programmable keys and fobs, so I purchased 2 of each from Amazon, total price $11.99. I programmed the fobs and keys. Thr fobs worked great, Keys needed to be cut. I took the keys to my local Ace Hardware, and they refused to cut them. If I bought them there and got them cut, then fine. Price? $100 per key. Someone recommended West End Safe & Lock, so I went there the next morning. I spoke with Rick and he said "No problem! I can't guarantee they will work though, as I can't verify the source" He took about 10 minutes to cut both keys. My cost? $20.00 total. I took them to the car and started it with each key. Perfect. THANK YOU RICK!

Absolutely wonderful. Got the information for this service from our realtor when locked out of our…read morenew home. We had already had another lock smith come, who was absolutely terrible- that guy almost broke the sliding glass door and incorrectly drilled out the lock in the garage, only to tell us he had "the wrong drill bit." Didn't trust our Google abilities after that. Got connected with Darrel (I believe was his name...) after hours, and he told us he could do it, but since it was after hours (9pm.....) it would need to be in cash, and $180 since we were also further away from his location. At first, that was a LOT of money, especially considering the wallets, car keys, etc were all locked in the house. After figuring it out, he arrived and cut a new key on the spot that worked. He then asked to see ID's and deed to the home or he would lock us back out, and we were all to happy to provide him with everything needed. He also helped us clean up the mess left by the first person we called. Cannot recommend this business enough- honest, good guys, doing work by the book, and not doing more damage!
