Absolutely delighted with the service!! The tech was onsite with two hours, and had my automatic screen door completely fixed within 45 minuets. The tech was friendly, professional and highly competent. I joined the service club because of this service call, which is the bar that others should be measured too. It is a very fair price to pay for this quality service call. Highly recommend this company and their tech Derek. read more

First rate service at a reasonable price. Technician did some extras as needed. This is the second time I've used this company and I'll use them again if needed. read more

We ordered a matching garage door in February to replace a damaged door. After waiting 6 weeks( we were told 4) we called and found that only part of the order came in and it would be delayed. They didn't call to let us know. On the day the door was installed the technician said the sensor wasn't working but he would send out a salesperson to sell us a new sensor. Well there was nothing wrong with it - he had not pulled the chain to reset it. We ordered the most basic door and the total came to $2253.00 They also did not call for the final inspection, which caused the building department to send a notice. read more

I screwed up and backed onto my garage door. Brandon came out right away and quoted me a price for a replacement, but then he said,"let me see what I can do with this one." He pushed it back in place and put the rollers back in the track and guess what, it worked. Saved me a couple thousand $$. This was the second time Florida Garage Door Pros serviced my doors. First time a cable snapped & it was replaced quickly. read more

Mr A knew his stuff, installed a brace that fixed the door and he referred to it as a common problem, then he leveled the door, and lastly checked the pulley cables and wheels and then sprayed lithium lube lightly on all the door hinges and springs. I certainly will have them back again when needing a fix! A Large THANKS to You Mr A. FLORIDA GARAGE DOOR PROS ! read more

Our garage door opener had seen better days! It just blatantly quit working due to its old age. We called Florida Garage Door Pros who sent a staff out to check things over and give us an estimate. The staff, Justin, found the problems, got the replacement parts and completed the work within days. Justin was efficient, friendly, informative and completed the work in a timely manner. Bonus: this company's prices are reasonable. read more

Great company. Called and received a call back within minutes. The representative came to the house and explained cost and service. All the steps. When the arrived Jason came in and explained what was happening. Took about to complete the job. When they were done Jason made sure the place was cleaned up. Explained the remotes. read more

Wow, I called for service for my garage door opener at 10 a.m. on Friday. Randy answered my service call within 1 hour. After discussing options Randy replaced my opener and my problem was solved by 2 p.m. on the same day. Very impressed with the response time, quality and competitive pricing. Thanks Randy! read more

The worst experience. Purchased a $4,000 insulated door for a single family home. They removed two 2X4" boards as required for the new door, and replaced with 2X6". Slight damage to wall & baseboard. I asked if they were to paint the new boards, the installer said then the city inspector wouldn't be able to see it's the right one. Seriously? The office rudely said they aren't painters. They did not clean up at all and left plastic wrappings, scraps, etc. in a trashcan I had in garage for me to take care of. I am 85 years old. They left sawdust, screws, etc., trash on the floor for me to sweep. I called to speak to a manager and wound up with the office gal so rude she said "F U Marge" and hung up. I was told it would be completely sealed (for insulation.) It wasn't. The installer told me to putty where I saw light coming in. Seriously. A family owned business? Good Lord. Saying it was a horrible experience is an understatement. read more

Terribly unprofessional and rude. They claimed we had no warranty and that they didn't serve tampa for a long while. We dug out the receipt which showed the warranty, and that work was done on 8/22 (doesn't sound like a long while to us) and then they said it wasn't under warranty. They belittled and demeaned us for being "renters" and not owners. Truly insane way to treat customers. Wouldn't use again. read more

Florida Garage Door Pros - Garage Door Services Near Me

I was in urgent need of an insulated garage door and new door opener before I moved my belongings into my "new" old garage where I recently relocated. Called for estimate on Thursday - they came the same day and my new door and opener was installed that next day - Friday. I couldn't be more happier with the service and the quality of the door and opener. The belt drive on the Genie opener is so quiet - my neighbors love it as much as I do! Elizabeth at the front desk was especially professional and nice, getting everyone moving on my "urgent" project. I highly recommend FLORIDA GARAGE DOOR PROS in Crystal River, Florida. read more

Just spoke to a vicious, swearing, dishonest, etc. woman who claimed her husband owned the company but I could not speak to him -- just wanted an estimate for repair. They were previously at my place May 2021 and I still have the text messages. I never would have called them at anytime but for posted stickers present when I purchased the home in 2019. I will never, never, never have anything to do with this company. read more

I'm very satisfied with the service provided to me. The technician came the same day I called to repair my garage door. Aaron is very friendly and knowledgeable about the product he offers. He also, listen to my concerns and familiarized me with the product he was installing. If I ever need service I will call them or recommend the company. read more

Very informative and responded immediately during the holidays. My garage door was fixed. Thank you!

They came to give an estimate quickly, were able to install two days later. Did a great job! Were always on time and communication was great by text and email. Highly recommend! read more

my garage screen was not going down all the way the repair was adding 2 pieces of duct tape and resetting the screen at a cost of 150.00 good thing i was military as i got 15.00 off. i just feel this was extremely high price for the service provided. besides that they were on time and answered my call on a sunday and sent someone out the next day which was great. but i would not use them in the future due to the extreme high price of the fix read more

Due to various reasons, I wanted to replace both of my garage doors. I contacted another garage door vendor who gave me an estimate for about $6K and told me it would take about 4 months to get the garage doors in!! So I contacted Florida Garage Door Pros in Dunnellon, Fl. and asked them for an estimate. Aleck came out (on time!) and gave me an estimate for about $5K and they could install them within a couple of weeks. (He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.) They always called or sent me text messages to keep me informed of when they were coming to do the work and on the day the garage doors were to be installed, Jerry showed up on time and did a great job on install, (even with me tagging along asking questions.) He ran into a problem installing the second door, (not his fault but a problem with my house), but Aleck came next day and fixed the problem. The only thing left is to put some trim pieces on that they are having trouble getting in due to the shipping problems going on, but once they get them in they will come by and install them. (This does not affect the performance of doors, it is just aesthetics.) Gotta say it is really nice dealing with a company that caters to it's customers. I would like to say thanks to the Elizabeth (she answers phone and calls customers to update them).... Also to Jerry the main installer and to Aleck, who provided the estimate and troubleshot and fixed any problems that cropped up. This company came to give us a price on the door and told us 3 to 6 weeks. At 11 weeks, they finally showed up. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we found ourselves down at the medical center in Hudson, so we were not here when the door was completed. I was given ultimatums and told that the door would be removed if I was not back within 15 minutes. Just so you know, I was due back in 20 minutes. I asked to be able to inspect the door just like others have done and I was told no. Brandy, lovely receptionist, actually told me "to go F myself" when I put up an argument about having to pay before I got to inspect the finished product. She told me that if I wanted to inspect it before paying the balance, I should've been there, and I told her if it had been installed at 3 to 6 weeks, as promised, I probably would have been there. My neighbors tell me that the installer, Jason, was yelling and screaming and carrying on in my driveway because he had to wait for me. He didn't wait. Whatever happened to treating your customers with respect and compassion? And Brandy, if you're reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself. You didn't seem to care when I asked you what your boss would think of the fact that you told me "to go F myself." Says a lot about you. read more

I used another business previously for garage doors and then found these guys online yesterday and decided to give them a chance after another company missed their appointment. I had an exceptional experience with them. They gave me a two hour window and the technician was right on time. He looked everything over and found the problem, a loose wire. He fixed the wire and gave me some tips on maintenance for NO CHARGE!! He told me 'just call us next time you have a problem that's all'. I couldn't believe it! They've earned my business from here on out! read more
