Are Group was around 120 people the the place can probably fit at least 300. The venue offers many thing to rent for having a country out door wedding. Pretty fun trampoline park in Redding…read more They have a few different sections inside. Two areas for older kids on the left and middle sections, and another section on the right for smaller kids. They have a dodgeball area as well as a rock climbing wall The prices are reasonable, especially when you have younger kids shorter than 42". It only cost $7-$8 per kids. They also have an arcade area in the main lobby. Not a ton of games but enough to keep a kid busy for 30-45 minutes? A few of my negative experiences: 1. it's a smaller trampoline park and in a place like Redding, when it rains for example, the place is PACKED. 2. Even though they had a "little kid" section, there was no regulation. There were tons of older kids running around the toddler area, knocking over our toddler and baby. 3. the yelp hours, their website hours and their actual hours are not the same which is super frustrating. Yelp says they're open at 10am every day Their website says "Normal Hours: Monday - Friday : 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM Their actual hours: 11am Monday - Friday (see photo) 4. No one answers the phone here. I tried calling at 10am, and continued to call every 15-20 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone. Then around 2:30pm someone finally answered and confirmed they opened at 11am that morning... Which sucked because by the time we got their after 3:30 the place was slammed and our kids were overran by older kids. Over all I'd give it a 3 stars. I would've given it to 4 Star, but I hated that it was so crowded. I also hated that i tried calling for over 3 hours and no one answered the phone DM me and I'll show you the call log. Not safe for smaller children! I took my five-year-old twin girls here last weekend on a rainy day…read more Within about 60 seconds of stepping onto the main mat with all of the little squares to jump on, a bigger kid jumped in passing right behind my daughter and fractured her tibia. No staff offered to help upon seeing her injured on the mat. It was so busy that there was no way to keep track of who injured my daughter and try to address the issue. Bigger kids are simply given free rein to injure smaller children here! That bigger kid will probably continue to do this without any accountability or prevention measures taken on the part of rare air. I'm sure they're just simply delighted with all the money they made on that busy day without being able to provide a safe environment for the children. There was no first aid available on site. The most that the staff members could offer me was to try to give me a refund. Unfortunately " the card wasn't working" to give me a refund. So convenient for them to take my money so quickly and not be able to refund me within a few minutes. They attempted to give me a partial refund on another card, only offering about 2/3 of what I paid to get in. After going to the ER and getting a splint on my daughter's leg, rare air called me to tell me that they were "praying for me." I don't know which religion or god they are praying to, but I don't share that worldview and that was entirely meaningless to me. it was more like a slap in the face after everything that happened.

The message is too long for a review so I will have to truncate it. I will at least say she made the rehearsal dinner look very nice and would have not looked nice if Katie and Josh not set the tables. It was her candles and she let me borrow bud vases. She also gave me extra cowboy boot bottle openers she had for the bridal party. I wanted to let you know I was really upset with your performance as my day of coordinator. It's really upsetting that a few days after my wedding in the moments between married bliss I'm thinking about how poorly you performed your duties. We got a few extra meetings with you because you were there for Josh's tastings. At least were able to tell Josh that I emailed him because you are his wife so I felt like you helped in that regard. I was very happy to see that you took notes in those meetings but then when you shared your initial spreadsheet with me there were words spelled wrong, details missing and mixed up which was very worrying as a bride knowing you're supposed to keep me on track for the day of my wedding. I should have said something then but I brushed it off and just fixed the errors. There were so many moments where I was saying "Where is Katie???" I feel like after I walk down the aisle you almost completely stopped doing your job. I don't know where you went but you did not keep the cake cutting on time and the bouquet dedication happening on a timely manner, I am the bride and I was saying to Makayla What time is it? Why are we not cutting cake now and then I was saying to Mikayla where is Katie and then instead of being my photographer Makayla was running around trying to find you. Also, speaking of cake, you should have had me send you a photo of a cake beforehand instead of just saying. Oh I asked her if there was supposed to be something else. Obviously the cake people dropped the ball but you could have been on top of it better. I obviously left my bouquet and didn't realize, but you are my day of coordinator and the fact that you even told me that you were doing a whiskey shot when I was walking down the aisle. Besides the fact you were drinking on the job, that is the time you should have been there to notice. My photographer Mikayla should not have been running to go get my bouquet or get someone to grab my bouquet. That was your job. Precious moments and photos lost because the photographer had to do your job. When I look at the contract and all the things that are listed about what you are supposed to be doing, It makes me so upset because Mikayla did a lot of them and again she's the photographer, not the day of coordinator. Were you lacked, my bridesmaids and my photographer had to make up for. I know that my bridesmaid Sarah was checking to make sure PJ wasn't in the same area as me and she also was fixing the table settings and then you came and told me they were all done and I thought you like you did it but she was like they were moving really slow and napkins kept flying and they didn't pivot the layout. Makayla was in the bridal cottage with us asking about are bouquets and they were sitting in the vases still. She dried them so they didn't ruin the girls dresses. That was your job to get the flowers ready for us to walk down the aisle. Makayla also at least put the boutonniere on PJ. I don't know if you were there for the groomsmen. I also would recommend when you have clean up on the schedule, you should remind the couple you have not been hired to do any cleanup and they would probably pay you an extra $XXX to do that for them. We are obviously not going to be cleaning up the night of our wedding so there's no reason to have it on the schedule really. I loved where you put the couple's table, And you did help us with the planned affair and finding open range floral but at the end of the day I didn't hire you just for finding other people that do a good job. Also my other bridesmaid said your assistant was nice and helpful and completing tasks. Also we booked your $xxxx package and got the discount because we hired you and Josh I don't think a single thing on this checklist was done by you And I know this because I cleaned up the next day and was taking down the welcome table, the cake, the signs, and all the chargers and centerpieces. I will end with I'm also sending this as a text because I know that is your preferred method of communication, but as a day of coordinator I really think you should be on top of your emails as well as your text messages and I shouldn't have to tell you that I sent you an email. I think you should use the method of communication that the bride preferred.
