I will do that anyway." and she gave me her price.. I almost choked. It was so affordable! And she was on EVERYTHING. Emailing me updates with all of my vendors, finding me vendors that I couldn't get to, just truly gave me sanity during such a crazy time. My wedding day was so smooth. Gwen was on top of everything. At no point did I get stressed out that anything was going wrong because I trusted that Gwen had handled it all. She has such a creative and aesthetic eye. I knew that once the wedding was over, I would miss working with Gwen. Gwen, thank you so much for making my big day so spectacular. They gave me ideas about re-painting it if I want to give it a bolder look. The two women there were helpful and friendly and assisted me in getting the piece outside and in my car. The house was setup perfectly for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready, the Pub house for the groom and groomsmen was outstanding. Having the entire venue for the weekend made for a magical wedding for my daughter. There were plenty of beds for everyone to stay comfortably for the weekend and having RV parking was a added bonus for our out of town family. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare breakfast for everyone, and was set up great for the caterers for the rehearsal dinner. In the last 2 weeks my step-father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is declining rapidly. I called last Saturday (3 weeks before the event) to cancel the order and explain the circumstances and Tammy, the owner, told me they could not refund any money, that we can use it for the next party or gift it to someone. I am actually floored that they would refuse to refund under $200 to a family that is going through a shocking tragedy. The caterer, bakery and hall were so gracious. Shame on Rustic Charm.
