    Thanks Rare Air!
    Devin P.

Not safe for smaller children! I took my five-year-old twin girls here last weekend on a rainy day. Within about 60 seconds of stepping onto the main mat with all of the little squares to jump on, a bigger kid jumped in passing right behind my daughter and fractured her tibia. No staff offered to help upon seeing her injured on the mat. It was so busy that there was no way to keep track of who injured my daughter and try to address the issue. Bigger kids are simply given free rein to injure smaller children here! That bigger kid will probably continue to do this without any accountability or prevention measures taken on the part of rare air. I'm sure they're just simply delighted with all the money they made on that busy day without being able to provide a safe environment for the children. There was no first aid available on site. The most that the staff members could offer me was to try to give me a refund. Unfortunately " the card wasn't working" to give me a refund. So convenient for them to take my money so quickly and not be able to refund me within a few minutes. They attempted to give me a partial refund on another card, only offering about 2/3 of what I paid to get in. After going to the ER and getting a splint on my daughter's leg, rare air called me to tell me that they were "praying for me." I don't know which religion or god they are praying to, but I don't share that worldview and that was entirely meaningless to me. it was more like a slap in the face after everything that happened.

Summer camp! My son and his cousin had the best time! The employees are awesome!

MY kids love Rare Air! I have been taking my son here since he was 2 (he's 6 now) and every time I ask him what he wants to do, he says he wants to go jumping! Same with my daughter. We've had nothing but great experience's here. The park is always clean and the employees have always been really great to my kids. My son just did the summer jump camp with his cousin, and both of them had the best time ever!

Had my son's 7th birthday party here and they were so accommodating. I was very very impressed. Their service was great, the staff was so kind and went above and beyond. Worth every penny. Thank you guys again so much.

Local favorite! Bouncing their way into your heart Rock climbing, floor trampolines, trapeze, this big blob thing I Highly recommend this place for a little while or for getting some energy out, and they also have PARTY's

    Have you tried this?!

Cool place for the whole family! We chose the 1 hour jump option. Family of 4 and group of 7 (3 adults, 4 kids), we had fun on main trampoline with visits to the Dodge ball, foam pit, and other sections of trampolines. Happy seeing plenty staff visible and doing their jobs. Played air hockey and a few video games. Skee ball was not working this visit. You will need to buy a pair of their "no slide socks" for a few bucks or if you have your own that's even better, bring them! Plenty of lockers to lock up your purses and belongings. Bring 4 quarters for that. Bring your own water as well. You also have an option to wall climb. It's super reasonable at $5 for 15 minutes. My only gripe was that it did get very stuffy and hot. Wish management could have turned on that huge fan that was overhead in main trampoline. Enjoyed ourselves and will return.

Was asked to sign another waiver yet again...The young lady whom I spoke to last weekend was very rude, she literally mock me and laughed, walked away !! Until today when there was a young gentleman name Rodolfo who clearly likes his job was kind enough to help rectify the issues. this man was very patient, took his time too explain why this could have possibly continued to happen even gave me a complementary entry for all our troubles. I would definitely the owner training the other employees on how to engage customers, customer service is key. Thank you !! Rodolfo

When we were paying for order the manager (who helped us) mentioned to us if we had the CEC app we could earn more tokens. Yay! Large dining area, so you're all spread out. The entire dining/ amusement area is very well lit. I have been to other CA locations were the dining room is dark, and the gaming area just as spooky. When I can't see my kid at an attraction because the room is dark is a big fat no, I don't know if a weirdo is near my kid at the skew ball game. And I cannot stress how gross carpets are, but I knew these were fairly maintained as I could still see the many colors and designs in the print. I have been some other CEC locations where the carpets are BLACK. And the walls and arcades were CLEANED. Paint wasn't rubbed off. Video screens weren't caked with grime. The salad bar was fresh and it sits close to the front customer service counter so it was consistently replenished and kept clean. I hate having to track down staff to get more tomatoes for their empty salad bar. Normally when our family goes to any CEC the adults just get salad bar because the pizzas are cardboard. This time we, the adults, tried their pizzas and wings. I can honestly say this is the first time as an adult I enjoyed my pizza. It was served hot, cheesy, and we devoured the entire pizza! The wings we unexpectedly spicy, too spicy for anyone at our table to enjoy. I asked the manager if that was the typical bbq sauce and not the hot bbq, like in error. He said he could make them less spicier for us, and he promptly came out with a fresh order of in spicy bbq wings. There was a vending machine of just ice cream novelties. The kind my kiddos wanted were all gone. The manager saw us at the machine and opened up the flap to see if there were anymore varieties. Yep, he found some more. So yes, I do recommend Chuck E Cheese, BUT only on Redding. The other locations in CA turned me off to arcade/ pizza restaurants, but this one I do recommend. Everyone in your party will leave content.

The first employee barely spoke, answered questions by pointing at the menu, and even asked, "Do they even know how to share?" when I asked about an unlimited play card. The employee at the prize counter wasn't much friendlier, and to top it off, my 8-year-old said "thank you" on the way out and got nothing but a blank stare in return. Maybe it was an off day, but two unfriendly employees really put a damper on what should've been a fun family outing--especially for an $80 visit. The kids had fun, but a little kindness goes a long way.
