Anthony was able to come out the next day if I needed, unfortunately I was busy but gave him some other times I was free. One of which was 2 days later on the 4th of July after 4pm. Anthony came out on the 4th and was able to use his scope to check our sewer lines. He showed us the video and explained the condition of the lines. He found that our lines didn't need a serious cleaning. He suggested a few easy cleaning techniques that would clear the grease that was built up. He was honest and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

When we finally got a call back, the lender was incredibly rude and tried to defend charging without prior knowledge or notice. The fees are absolutely insane and we're added after the work was done. Also was not given a bill at the time of service and was told the owner would be in touch. The receptionist didn't have an initial record of the work when I reached out directly wondering why there had not been a bill and if additional work needed to be done. This would have zero stars if it was an option. Will be reporting to the regulatory board.

The high-level alarm on my septic tank system triggered a few days ago. The alarm is in our…read morebasement storage room and lets the homeowner know that the septic tank pump system is not functioning properly and will most likely result in sewage waste to back up into the house. I called Douglas County Septic and Adrian arrived the next day. He examined the two 750-gallon tanks, but of course focused on the liquid tank where the effluent pump, pump float and high-level alarm float sensor is located. The 27-year-old pump was operating at a minimal level. Adrian removed the existing pump and temporarily installed a pump he had on hand and his temporary pump worked like a charm. I did not realize that our 27-year-old pump, float and alarm float were way past their 10-15-year life span. Adrian removed the temporary pump and installed a brand-new effluent pump, new pump float and new high-level alarm float sensor. He also removed the 2" rubber coupling and installed a 2" union to be county code compliant. Instead of securing the pump float and high-level alarm float sensor to the 2" effluent pump pipe, he secured the floats to a smaller diameter PVC pipe that stands adjacent to the 2" pump pipe. His rationale was that if the floats ever fail the service technician can pull that small PVC pipe with the floats out to service rather than disconnecting and pulling the pump. Adrian also advised me to have an electrician bring the electrical connection housing up to county code. The current electrical setup allows mice and water runoff to enter the electrical connections. I have an electrician coming to my house next week for other work and will ask the electrician to bring the electrical box up to code with a sealed and dry box. Thank you, Adrian, and Douglas County Septic - wonderful job!!

Diana and Jeremiah are an amazing team and truly understand what stellar customer service means. I was coordinating everything from California while trying to close a real estate transaction in Colorado on a very tight timeline. They went above and beyond to accommodate my quick escrow, kept me informed every step of the way, and even sent photos of their work so I could see exactly what had been completed. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about helping me get this transaction across the finish line. They ultimately helped me obtain the required use permit--something that wasn't even their responsibility. They simply saw that I needed help and stepped in to make sure it got done. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent work with this level of integrity, communication, and personal service. Diana and Jeremiah exceeded my expectations in every possible way. If you are encountering a disaster Western Disaster Cleanup should be your first call! They were…read morea literal godsend to us after a PEX line broke in our crawl space flooding 40,000 gallons of water into our crawl, basement, and mechanical room spaces. We had 3300sf of crawl space lined with 20 mil poly to encapsulate the space from the raw earth below, so with this deluge of water it was now acting as a giant pool liner! Trying to get rid of calf-high water was nothing we could do ourselves. Not to mention it had flooded into the adjacent mechanical room and finished work room next to it. Fortunately the plumber, TCF Plumbing who was also a godsend, recommended Western Disaster. I had called another firm first and they couldn't come out for roughly EIGHT hours. This was morning and we could not wait. Called Western Disaster and they come out immediately in full force. The first day they must have worked until 10p at night trying to mitigate and get the water out before mold or mildew could set in. Their team was amazing and dedicated to helping make things as good as they could be. They made sure to protect all the surfaces where they would be moving things out. We had a huge mess of wet on our hands and it felt overwhelming. Jordan was our point of contact and he did everything in his power - he even got in touch with our adjuster when I couldn't even reach her in any way. They had to not only cut out the liner, but remove wet drywall, insulation, cabinets and anything that might grow mold. He made sure to get all the approvals, came out almost every day to measure the dryness and make sure everything was still running. We had over 30+ air movers, several dehumidifiers, a generator and loads of extension cords. His team was super respectful and very on top of everything. Almost a month later things were finally dry. Jordan came back and made sure every little thing was cleaned up and better than it was before. He made absolutely sure that the areas were tested and dry. I cannot thank Jordan and the Western Disaster team enough for all they did to help put our placed back together. If you need disaster clean up, this should be your FIRST and LAST call!!
