Dosa Chilli Chicken

This place never lets us down and has become our go to place for Waco Indian food. Service is top notch and ambiance is welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone In the area.

Paneer Butter Masala, Egg Biryani, Channa Masala, Spinach Pakora

Stuffed beyond belief! Our fault as we couldn't help but try all of the food on this amazing buffet full of choice Indian dishes! I cannot tell you my favorite because so much was amazing--however, I did order a fresh mango lassi that did not disappoint, and the naan was by far the best I've had. Fluffy with a slight chew and crispy edge, this traditional bread was used to sop up all of the leftover sauces on our plates. We didn't want to waste a bite! Eat here for sure. Clean restaurant and friendly staff (so kind and served us complimentary dosa!) You and your taste buds will be happy you tried it!

The Rasam soup was amazing!

Where do we begin?! Our bellies are dancing with pure joy that we spontaneously stopped in to this new hole-in-the-wall. From friendly FAST service, to amazing suggestions on what to order, this spot is a home run in our book. We absolutely will be back immediately to try more options on the menu!

Delicious food, great service, nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our meal and will come back. We had street samosa, dal mahkni, paneer tika masala, and aloo gobi, onion bread, garlic naan, and Golub jamun for dessert. The service was attentive and the food came fast.

Well be back. And we'll bring friends :-)

We started with the pan-roasted romanesco, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The bread service with compound butter was a standout on its own: simple, but done at such a high level that it set the tone for the entire meal. We grabbed seats at the bar, which ended up being a great move. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, and we enjoyed several glasses from their excellent wine selection. Our bar tender was knowledgeable, welcoming, and she made the whole experience feel elevated without being pretentious. For entrees, my wife ordered the chicken and fries, crispy, juicy, and incredibly satisfying. I went with Blaine's burger, and I don't say this lightly: it's hands down one of the top three burgers of my life. Perfectly cooked, beautifully balanced, and unforgettable. Blaine's is doing something special. If you're in Waco and looking for a place that nails both food and experience, this is it. We'll be back soon.

I appreciate the range of prices, from expensive dinner steaks and fish plates to the more Waco-priced pastas and chicken dishes. I can't say I've loved everything I've tried there--some meals were a little too complex, and I didn't enjoy the combinations of certain flavors. But, I've also really enjoyed some dishes, and my friends have loved what they've tried too! It's fun to try the new menus and see what Blaine has cooked up next. Ambiance wise, they've done a lot to make a nondescript spot on Richland Dr into a nice dinner atmosphere. It has an understated but tasteful vibe, and the wait staff is engaging and knowledgeable!

That's why I was genuinely disappointed to find out that the chicken Caesar sandwich has been removed from the menu. It might seem like a small change, but for regular customers like me, that sandwich was a standout item and one of the main reasons I kept coming back. It had a great balance of flavor and felt like a reliable go-to every time. Taking it off the menu without a comparable replacement feels like a missed opportunity and, honestly, a bit frustrating. I completely understand that menus evolve and restaurants need to make changes, but it would mean a lot to see fan-favorite items like this either return or be replaced with something similar. Milo's still has a lot going for it, which is why this change stands out even more. Hoping this feedback is taken in the spirit it's intended--supportive, but coming from a very disappointed regular.

In particular the deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts caught my eye, unfortunately the latter was sold out so I went with the sweet potato Both dishes I had were really good! The candied bacon paired really nicely with the creamy deviled egg, the hot sauce vinaigrette didn't add too much flavor, but honestly adding a significant amount of heat would've probably taken away from an already very tasty dish. The baked sweet potato on the other hand had a nice dose of heat from the Calabrian honey vinaigrette, the sweet heat combo worked really, I'm surprised I'd never come across a spicy sweet potato dish before, but I'll definitely have my eye out for it in the future Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely be back for future rest stop meals between Austin and Dallas!

The vibe was really nice, especially with the purple lighting that gave the whole rooftop a cool, laid-back atmosphere. I made it just in time for last call, which felt like perfect timing to grab one last drink and take in the night air. I ordered a Dusty Road. It had a nice tart kick to it, which I liked, but I honestly didn't taste much of the honey. A little more honey probably would have balanced the bitterness better. That said, it was still a really good drink and definitely hit the spot after a full day out. Overall, Lucky Buck's was a great stop to end the evening--good atmosphere, nice rooftop setting, and a chill way to close out the night. I've had the Chicken Parmesan pasta, the Margherita pizza, and the Pepperoni pizza. Each of them was above average. The Chicken Parmesan came with a nicely breaded and cheese-covered piece of chicken with spaghetti and two pieces of garlic toast. It was good, though it could have used a little more red sauce. Pizzas are available as 20" or 14" pies, and certain ones you can get by the slice. The crust is medium thickness, light, with a soft core and a crispy outside. The Margherita was good but I preferred the Pepperoni. Overall, both pizzas were above average. I especially liked the crispiness of the outside of the crust. They also have salads and wings. Dessert consists of cheesecake or funnel cake fries. I haven't tried any of these yet. There is an inside dining area, a bar area, and an outdoor patio area. I was trying to enjoy my favorite pizza and when i look down to get my next bite there is a hair in my pizza. I try to take it off because i do have dogs so i wasn't certain if it came from me. It was a blonde hair and when i tried pulling it out it was under the cheese and intertwined INSIDE the pizza. After that i felt nauseous and i dont think i will be coming back. The service was mediocre to say the least and the hair inside my pizza made me want to vomit. Sad to write this review but even sadder i had to experience this at my all time favorite pizza place.
