Next was an electrical system check and battery replacement that was accomplished within minutes after the vehicle arrived at the shop. All of this was done in less than 90 minutes! Mr Bosone is great! He manages a complete car care operation from towing vehicles in to taking care of every conceivable automotive issue. His employees are all no-nonsense, effective technicians. His prices are reasonable. I visited with him while I waited for my vehicle's problem to be assessed and fixed. I found Mr Bosone to be personable and honest with everyone with whom he dealt during my time in his office. I don't think that one can find a better auto shop within many leagues of Bosone's! Bosone Automotive is THE place to go!

The prices are outrageous, the work is incredibly poor, and management refuses to take responsibility for clear mistakes, offering nothing but constant excuses instead. I took my vehicle here and experienced a string of incompetent and careless service: * Incomplete Diagnostics: I paid a premium to have multiple parts replaced to fix an issue, only for the vehicle to die and strand me on the side of the road shortly after picking it up. He clearly never tested the system to ensure the repair actually worked. When I brought it back, he charged me hundreds of dollars extra to diagnose what they missed the first time--a completely damaged underlying component that should have been caught during the initial job. * Sloppy Mechanical Work: I paid over a thousand dollars in labor for a component installation. The very next day, it was actively leaking fluid all over my garage floor. When I confronted George about the sloppy installation, he denied even the possibility of it being his fault and he quoted me nearly the same amount just to fix the mistake. George claimed that since I had provided the part that he would not stand behind the work. When I took the car to another shop for repair they confirmed that it was not installed correctly and now the part stays completely dry. * Broken Promises: Beyond the mechanical incompetence, there is a total lack of respect for customer property. George explicitly agreed to keep my classic vehicle stored safely inside the shop to protect it. Instead, I caught them leaving it completely exposed outside in a torrential down pour. George charges grossly excessive prices for sub-par, careless work and then tries to charge you a second time to fix what he broke or missed. Save your money, your time, and your vehicle. Take your business anywhere else.

They scratched my glass roof and tried to blame me but I'm smart and I record everything, they forgot to put weather strips on glass roof and also forgot to put latch on roof. So I had to go back and forth to this dealership at least 6 times. If it had rained my corvette would have been totaled. If I had left without latch the roof would have flew off again and I'm 100% sure they would have tried to blame me. I had my roof replaced in the past by J.D autorepairs and they had a brand new roof no scratches in a week this place took 8 months. The so called manager is absolutely clueless. For some reason she wanted to piece together the roof from old parts of the destroyed roof. Of course that didn't work and she ended up having to get all new parts. I also had warned them about how easy the roof scratches and they ignored it and still put the glass roof on a piece of cardboard box. Then they bring it out to me with scratches, of course I'm not going to accept it with scratches. So instead they try to blame me for the scratches. I had to escalate the situation many times over a 8 month period with state farm to get a new roof, the shop kept saying it was on back order. So I had state farm get the information about where the shop was getting part from. Some how a few days later they have the part. I would never come back here.

I brought in my own sway bar stabilizing link kit/parts which they were more than okay with accommodating. I also brought in a physical mail coupon for their shop which made the inspection and emissions test entirely free. They also have online coupons on their website that you can use. This is after I was quoted over $700 for replacement of bilateral front sway bar stabilization links by my Acura dealership. The total cost for all of the work, not including the sway bar kit that I brought in myself, was about $165.00. Very reasonable. The shop has multiple kinda of snacks, bottled water, coffee, etc available for use while waiting with free WiFi. The customer service is impeccable. The owner, a very informed and friendly middle eastern woman, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The owners and workers at the shop are open, honest, and efficient.
