The nicest people ever. I needed help with a flat tire and I was in an unfamiliar area of town. I called, spoke to Estella, who was so nice, made arrangements to meet at the vehicle and they came out so fast. The gentleman that came was so great. I felt so bad because it was raining, I was in the muddy gravel, which meant he was having to get in the muddy gravel. I kept apologizing for that. He assured me it was alright, he changed the tire so fast. He was even concerned about putting the flat nasty wet muddy tire inside my vehicle as it could not be remounted underneath, but I had rubber matting to place it on. Most people wouldn't have cared. Efrain was courteous, knowledgable and careful with my son's car. He towed my son's car to the nearest Hyundai dealer and he was extra careful on the loading, driving and unloading processes. He was attentive and you could tell he truly knew his trade. We are very pleased, and fortunate, to have hired E&E to provide the much-needed service of taking a non-driving Hyundai Sonata to get service. Towing fee was highly competitive.
