Great towing service! Helped me move my classic truck to its new home. He was on time and took great care.

My car tire got completely busted on the highway today and called their store. The owner told me they were busy but informed me of the Tow and Go Houston program, which came to tow my car for free. Not only that but he called back later to make sure I got the help I needed. Truly appreciate his help and honesty and got me the help I needed at the lowest cost. Thank you again. read more

I used Zack with Royal Towing and received a square receipt. It doesn't list my name or address and address to tow my vehicle. I was very pleased with his service, but now I can't reach him at 832-720-5844. Left message early this morning. Called a few minutes ago and the person who answered (very little English) said no Zack here, no towing service. I need a more detailed invoice to be reimbursed by my insurance. Anyone have a better way to contact Zack? Zack responded to the review and got right back to me and will send the information I need. read more

Car was towed through my insurance on Saturday, while the shop was still open. Royal didn't want to tow it to shop, saying that normally on the weekend they just take the cars to their storage and then after they confirm payment (from Agero third party dispatch company) on Monday, they then take it rest of way. Because this then needed additional payment authorization, my car is now stuck in limbo. Car didn't make it there on Monday as promised and I missed another service appointment today. If you contract and pay Royal directly they may be alright- they seem to be conscientious about how they tow and protect the car, but if third party Agero is involved in any way in the road side assistance (on behalf of insurance for example) your car may disappear into a black hole. read more

My husband and I were visiting Houston for a weekend get away. Long story short, we were unfamiliar with the roads and found ourselves stuck on top of a curb. Patrons of an establishment near by tried to help us but the car was truly stuck. My husband called Zach at Royal Auto Towing, who was familiar with our location and quickly arrived on the scene. He helped calm us down and put our minds at ease, worked very quickly and efficiently, and was sure to avoid any damage to our vehicle. He was able to resolve the situation for us with great expertise. Our weekend trip would've been ruined if it wasn't for Zach's hard work, kindness, and incredible sense of professionalism and understanding. Thank you, Zach! read more

I'm not a customer but I'm watching my neighbor use this amazing service. Three other tow companies said they couldn't help but these guys are out here defying the laws of physics to get this car out and into the truck. Will be saving their number for the future. read more
