Everyone with bad experiences please use the link because it's the only way they will change. The owner will reply to my post showing us all how true these bad reviews are, just as he did the others. I called ahead to get accurate pricing on my brother's vehicle and specifically confirmed that the cost would not increase until midnight. I was also told to call when I was on the way. When I did, the representative's demeanor completely changed--he began talking over me, raising his voice, and refusing to answer basic questions. He claimed he had given my mom different pricing earlier, then refused to clarify and told me to "ask her," despite the fact that she was not with me. After I hung up and she called, his tone suddenly shifted again--calm and cooperative--and he provided the information without issue. When she arrived in person, his behavior changed again. He was rude, made unnecessary comments about my brother, and inappropriately discussed alleged charges and personal details that were not relevant and, to my knowledge, not even public record at that time! This felt unprofessional, invasive, and completely out of line. This experience was inconsistent, disrespectful, and deeply concerning. No customer should be spoken to this way or have their personal matters used against them. Serious improvements in professionalism and conduct are needed here.

Upon arrival, I was met with the most unprofessional and outright hostile behavior I have ever encountered from a business. The man working there was screaming, cussing, and calling me names for no reason. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business that deals with the public. Then, there's the price. The sign outside clearly states a $85 tow fee and $22.85 per day storage, yet I was charged $285 for a car they had for only 3-4 hours. No explanation--just blatant overcharging. As if that wasn't enough, when I got my car back, I immediately noticed significant new damage that was not there before: - Two holes in my front bumper - A broken plastic plate cover under the engine that was dragging on the ground - A huge dent in the left rear quarter panel - A broken handle on the rear hatch - Multiple dashboard warning lights that were not on before This business operates with zero integrity. Between the price gouging, damage to my vehicle, and the verbal abuse, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. David and Fernando suggested bleeding the lines in case there was air in the brakes. Inexpensive, conservative suggestion. It did not help. Now the costs go up. Suggestion, replace the master cylinder. Low and behold, this fixed the problem immediately. Now begins the sad story. The master cylinder went bad after a few weeks. David and Mr. DeLeon replaced it for no charge. Fast forward a few more weeks; the second master cylinder goes bad. So you're in the card game and you have to make a decision, do you fold or go all in? I went all in with DeLeon. They replaced the second faulty master cylinder with a Honda brand name and they paid all of the costs. I will never, ever go anywhere else for automotive service. The brakes worked perfectly ever since. Don't you love a story with a happy ending!!

Unfortunately, the car continued to leak fluid even after their second attempt to fix it. I was forced to return the car to them once more. This time, they kept my car for two months, during which I never received a clear or consistent explanation for the delay. Each time I called or visited, I was given a different reason for why the repair was taking so long. It was incredibly frustrating to be without my car for such an extended period without any satisfactory communication from them. Eventually, they told me they couldn't fix the problem, but their explanations were vague and unconvincing. This lack of clarity and professionalism was disappointing. Due to this experience, I am giving Deleon Mechanic Shop a one-star rating. I will not be taking my car there again and would caution others to consider my experience before choosing this shop.

I was prepared to wait at least half an hour which had been the norm in my past experiences. Also in my past experiences, getting the car hooked up was a lengthy process. Not with Marty's! Ismael had us moving on the road within 3 minutes of him arriving. Tow truck technology has come a long way since I've needed their help! Blew my mind. On top of the speedy assistance, Ismael was also an absolute pleasure to ride along and speak with. This place defined reassurance and efficient help.
