Woke up Saturday and my car was towed. Rude on the phone when I told them that I have proof I live here. The young kid in the office was also rude. I could understand if they charged me just a fee, but instead they charged me the full $321 even though I am a resident of my apartments. I doubt that anything will come of this, but I am still filing a complaint. Towing places like this are horrible. They don't care. Gotta give them props for being able to rip people's off.

Our golf cart was towed, and when I initially called, the owner Matt answered, lied and said the owner wasn't there, and there was no point in trying to call "her" because she never answers the phone. My husband was working out of the country in South America, so I was unable to pickup the golf cart until he returned, and he rudely said that wasn't his problem and hung up. During this time period, he tried to ILLEGALLY AUCTION OFF our golf cart!! He lied and said they sent "2 certified letters to our house"- which he didn't. I asked to see copies of them (because they don't exist, and he is legally required to have them on file) and he said he "didn't have them" because that was handled by a "third party". ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER that the person who handles the "certified letters" is the 16 year old daughter who literally did not know what the word certified meant. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY- THEY WILL ROB YOU, LIE TO YOU, AND WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION TO MAKE SURE THEIR LICENSE IS REVOKED ASAP. They do not deserve one star!!
