I was broke down on 45 on a friday night in the rain. They showed up and got me out of bad spot fast. Very reasonably priced. The first thing the driver said was "Are you ok?". This is the most unprofessional, unethical & illegal "business" I have ever had this misfortune of dealing with in my entire life! Our golf cart was towed, and when I initially called, the owner Matt answered, lied and said the owner wasn't there, and there was no point in trying to call "her" because she never answers the phone. My husband was working out of the country in South America, so I was unable to pickup the golf cart until he returned, and he rudely said that wasn't his problem and hung up. During this time period, he tried to ILLEGALLY AUCTION OFF our golf cart!! He lied and said they sent "2 certified letters to our house"- which he didn't. I asked to see copies of them (because they don't exist, and he is legally required to have them on file) and he said he "didn't have them" because that was handled by a "third party". ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER that the person who handles the "certified letters" is the 16 year old daughter who literally did not know what the word certified meant. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY- THEY WILL ROB YOU, LIE TO YOU, AND WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION TO MAKE SURE THEIR LICENSE IS REVOKED ASAP. They do not deserve one star!! My car was towed because it had rolled out a little into the parking lot due to it being left in neutral. I let my friend drive my car to take me back home since I was intoxicated, and she accidentally left my car in natural. Totally our bad, right? However, I was extremely polite to the owner and was told I had to provide $400 cash to retrieve my car. So I did everything accordingly and arrived at the time they told us to, only to have them make us wait outside in the heat for almost an hour because they were "out". When we called them back to ask them where they were, he said it would be another hour and hung up on us. Then about 2 minutes later, he pulled up. I'm guessing that was a joke he played on us? Entirely unprofessional and weird. He then proceeded to treat us like absolute garbage for literally no reason and tried to scold me for parking in a "fire lane". I politely and calmly told him that's an apartment parking space and not a fire lane and he proceeded to shove his phone in my face with pictures he took of my car and raised his voice at me telling me that I'm wrong. Afterwards I asked my apartment if this was true and they said it is indeed a parking space and not a fire lane, and that was not the reason my car was towed. When he finally was done yelling at me, I went to my car to get the hell out of this place and suspiciously, my battery was dead. It also looked like my car was entered and searched. Although I didn't notice anything missing, due to the other reviews, I found this a little strange. When I questioned him about my car being dead when there was zero battery issues with it the days and months previously, he told me it wasn't his problem and proceeded to yell at me again asking how he could've gotten in my car. I admitted to him that i wasn't sure and was just really confused on how this happened overnight. After pleading with him to let me at least jump my car to roll it out of the lot, he allowed us to jump. Although he (and I'm assuming his wife or girlfriend) were complete unprovoked assholes to us the entire time. There is just absolutely no excuse for the way he treated us, both him and this strange woman. I'm not even sure how this is a business and who they operate under, but everything about it is sketchy. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a business, if you can even call it that. I left in complete shock of the interactions I had with these people, I was not rude to them until he started arguing with me and accusing me of things I did not do. I was shaken up by the entire thing and left at a loss for words. This place won't exist for long, I'm 100% sure of that. But while it does exist, BEWARE of these people. They seem sketchy, dishonest, violent, and unstable. read more

The guy who answered the phone told my friend to be there within 30 minutes. When she arrived and nobody was there, she called him again and he refused to send someone out there to meet her to get the car. She called him back a few times after he hung up on her, and eventually he told her that she could "f*** off!" The people who run this business are complete scumbags. read more

This company needs to shut down. I had my car towed after a accident on 10/10/21. When I went to retrieve my personal items from my car, they had bagged up all my stuff and put it in the trunk.
