Wei was patient and knowledgeable with explaining to me the different ways I could go about achieving reasonable weight loss goals and assisted me in extending a leave of absence I needed for work to protect my mental health during an important recovery period. found this place that opens 7 days a week, 10min from the house. as we've just moved to this area…read moreand need to find a new doctor. also needed to get my coughing checked out fast. all other doctors have a long wait schedule. loved it opens 7 days a week and welcomes walk-ins, what a concept?! came in twice so far, both time were walk-in and greeted by the front desk staff and waited about 30mins before I was seen by PA on duty. 1st visit was with Amy, who assessed my symptoms and prescribed antibiotics and cough medicines for my cough. I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. So happy I've found this place w/in 10min. from my house.

She was very nice and friendly, so I honestly feel bad leaving a negative review. But I don't feel like my issue was properly evaluated, and being sent to the ER ended up costing me additional time and money. I also just found out they billed my insurance around $620 for that 7-minute visit, which is honestly insane. I personally wouldn't recommend Carbon Health for anything more than a straightforward issue like a cold.

Too awful for words, can't even read comments and notes in their own system. They need better staff. I will be working on getting a better primary for my son. This place is so bad.

As of today, September 14, still had not sent the refill authorization to CVS so we called again today and were once again told that the doctor was not in. We asked whether another doctor could authorize the refill, since I have already been without my medication since last week and am now experiencing withdrawal symptoms. I feel that this clinic has ignored an important responsibility regarding a patient's medication. A prescription refill, especially for a medication like Zoloft that should not be stopped suddenly, should be handled more seriously and promptly. This experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. I would not recommend this clinic based on the way they handled my refill request.

It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office.
