The first time I worked with Priscilla, it was during a squatting seminar that she held to teach a group of us the fundamentals. At this point in time I knew I wanted to begin weight lifting but I was really intimidated. Priscilla was so attentive to each of us in the group and we really got one-on-one attention... That one session gave me the confidence I needed to begin that part of my fitness journey 2. I also joined Stronger's group workouts which I feel are the perfect way to get that personal training in without breaking the bank (I was a full-time student). And while the workouts are absolutely amazing and work every dollar, the most memorable parts were when Priscilla and the other group members would share their triumphs and struggles of their own fitness journey. Priscilla is very transparent about what her own insecurities used to be and how she's overcome them 3. A few months ago I moved states and after the move I found myself no longer working out and my good eating habits went out the door. My energy levels were all over the place and I was pretty unhappy with myself. I finally decided to take action and work with Stronger to improve my nutrition. I've been working on my nutrition with Priscilla for about a month and a half and I'm amazed. My energy levels have improved, my bowel movements are regular (sorry tmi), my cravings are low and I've lost 5+ pounds..... on just diet alone! I'm not going to lie, I was hesitant about whether or not a long distance nutrition program would work for me but Priscilla is so consistent in her communication with me that I feel fully supported in this part of my journey. There is so much more I could say but I feel like I'm getting carpel tunnel now. So yea 5/5 stars!!

My experience with Tracey gave me that and more: 1) She was very patient and explained how to do each exercise and why it was important for my specific needs and desires. 2) She's trained in nutrition and yoga, so her vast knowledge helped me level up across several areas of wellness. 3) She created plans for me when I traveled, and we even did virtual sessions. Even when I had to travel, Tracey made sure I had a plan and we even did virtual sessions! All in all, it was like falling in love with myself and my body all over again as I lifted heavier weights and made workouts a regular part of my life - things I never thought I'd be capable of in recent years. I'm thankful to Tracey for the gift of wellness and for getting me out of my comfort zone! 10/10 (or in the case of Yelp 5/5) recommend!!!

It is small, friendly, very well-equipped, with a real sense of community, thanks to the spirit, expertise, knowledge, and philosophy of co-owners Megan McCoy and Ken Yazge I've trained with Megan for several years, having followed her from the WSC to Fitness Generation. She has got to be one of the best trainers around. She's uniquely skilled--she's incredibly knowledgeable and professional; she up-to-date on the latest approaches and in working with clients to get stronger, and more fit and healthy. I'd made some pretty big lifestyle changes over the years but still found myself stuck in a cycle of exercising intensely for weeks at a time then losing momentum. Susan helped me create a workout plan that was manageable and sustainable. She gave me lots of great ideas for exercises that I can mix and match, some even I can do right at home. I learned how to make small incremental changes and after a month I already feel and see the difference. Most of all, I've been able to change my relationship to exercise. It doesn't feel like a chore anymore, but a great release and confidence/energy booster. I can't recommend Feel Good Fitness enough!
